I was actually here on Friday, March 3rd, around 2 pm and there was a line of about 6 people with only One Teller working. Rather than play on my phone or give him an Exasperated look, I chose to pass the wait time by talking with the lady behind me. We both had a Great time reminiscing about TV shows we grew up watching and the next thing you know another Teller stepped up to help. Maybe it was us laughing that caught his attention or maybe he noticed the line, either way we brought back the long lost art of actually TALKING to each other and making the wait go faster. And by the way, the Service was Excellent!!

How can anyone take this painted eye brow, çlown lady seriously in a professional environment?. I have been banking here for six months and have never had to use the teller service until today. I used it and what a horrible decision. The service from The Russian Lady with a painted face was so over-the-top rude I'm going to change Banks today!

Since the pandemic the service at US Bank has deteriorated significantly. They closed many of their branches. They are pretty much an online bank. Today, I needed to go to an actual branch. There was one teller and nine people in line. I am going to search for other banks since good service at US Bank does not seem to matter to them.

Avoid this bank at all costs. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Specifically avoid the woman with the foreign accent named tiana or something along those lines. I will be going back but only under the pretense of speaking with her supervisor and to see if the entire staff is as Ill mannered and rude as she was. I am appalled that she has not been fired for the way she talks to and treats customers. There are 3 other branches in a 3 mile radius, do yourself a favor and go there.

I've had it with US Banks! They are useless! One: We've gone to a couple of banks to withdraw and they say they don't have enough money. What do you mean?! You had no problem taking our deposits but when it comes to taking it out you don't have enough and we have to make an appt?! Seriously?! You call yourselves a bank?! Two: We come in to get documents notarized and Omar Gonzalez says he can do it. Then when I presented him with my QDROs he said he couldn't do it because bank notary agents can't do legal documents. A notary is a notary! I got the previous copies done by a notary at Wells Fargo! Only reason I don't go there is because they're closed. We are customers at both banks! I say lazy! US Banks are filled with USELESS employees! They can't do anything! We will be leaving this bank and taking our money elsewhere!

Horrible very horrible, waited 45 min for a cashier check, line wrapped around the isle, and tellers standing around talking, line didnt move until people started complaining...

I don't bank here, but I was shopping in the Smiths store where this branch is located. A female teller was laughing in a very loud and obnoxious manner. I was about 25 feet from where the bank is located. I looked up and she was staring directly at me and laughing. They had no customers so I guess I was the subject of her laughter. She continued to laugh louder as I walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. I guess they find this acceptable here.

Best staff ever. This is my go to for all my banking even tho there's a location much closer to my house I prefer this one! Keep up the amazing work guys.

Today was not a good day at the bank!! I was waiting in line, there was a person in back of me and a person at the counter. There were no bank tellers to be seen!!! I literally had to call them and they opened the door and said we will be right out. Two seconds later 2 bank employees emerged from the back office!! Why should I have to wait to do my banking while 2 employees are doing god knows what behind closed doors and not being attentive to their customers!!!???0 And of course What I needed they couldn't handle! The printer was down! What a waste of my time and what I needed was time sensitive so I had to ride all over Las Vegas to find a full service bank!! Not my first rodeo finding a US Bank!! Not to mention that the woman who helped my husband and myself on another occasion did not complete our transfer from gold to platinum and she said she would take care of it!' She didn't and we had to go back and lost out on some perks from the upgraded package! She was nice but incompetent! I have to rethink who I bank with if these problems do not get resolved! Today was not the day!!!!!!!!
