The guy behind the counter claimed to own over 10 us gas stations in the area. Just because I did not ever remember them charging 10 cents extra on a credit card charge he laughed and humiliated me. He said I was arguing with myself. The only thing I kept asking him to do was drop it and he kept antagonizing me and humiliating me. I tried signing my receipt and my pen was not working, he tried to pull the receipt away in the middle of my signature.
Then he said all the pens work and continued laughing at me for struggling with my signature. Then he accused me of throwing the receipt at him. All I did was push it across the counter hard out of frustration for being treated so poorly. I told him to f off and left. Worst business customer service experience I ever had in my life.

Overcharges for everything if you don’t check your receipts, gas pumps never function correctly last time I was there it overcharged me by over $20 in one fill. Asked for help and they said they can’t do anything about it.I will avoid this place at all costs!

What a SCAM, ripoff!!!I just got gas from this location as I liked the place and they had fair price in the past.To my surprise was charged $6.399/gallon for a 89 unleaded. I prepaid $50 cash and only reciced 7.813 gallons of gas. I went back and asked why? The cashier replies “cause you got a premium gas” like that charges extra $2.50/gallon.I understand she might not be able to do anything about that so she gave corporate’s email.Thank you!

A dynamic situation. Hard to rate on the star scale. It was pristine inside. The ice machine has been out of order since the beginning of summer. The staff were professional. The satisfaction of knowing Jose Canseco has a gas station/ car wash/ windshield repair spot off the strip was fascinating. The intense yellow and green color scheme was motivating. ( My husband has informed me the yellow and green is a reference to Jose Canseco‘s last team – the Oakland A’s. Incidentally, word on the street is the A’s will soon relocate to Las Vegas). Perhaps come in here and get one of the limited edition 39.99 Jose Canseco gas station T-shirts before the Oakland A’s revival. After the revival , the price will surely raiseto 69.99! See you there! Idk. Stop by if you need some gas ( theres a cash pay discount). If you need a cup of ice, look elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. The lady was continuously rude and when I asked her any questions she would get even more rude and told me that I don't need to come back here. I was totally nice to her. I asked her why I got charged $0.06 more for my gas and she told me that there was a sign on the pump and a sign at the door but neither of those exist. She even came out and try to point at a sign that wasn't there. Boycott this place. They rip people off and give horrible customer service.This place used to be pretty reputable. Not anymore. Whoever owns it now ruined it and I wish they weren't in my neighborhood anymore. Fat Mike

Horrible customer service. The debit card machine offered me cash back and I accidentally hit yes. She instantly yelled at me and told me that's for car wash customers only even though I just spent $50 on gas. Also there's a big sign that says $3.50 a gallon. It doesn't say whether I have to use the card or cash or debit car wash but I got charged $3.56 a gallon. Illegal false advertisement.
