I randomly walked in after a doctors appointment. I was warmly greeting and taken in immediately as a walk in. This was one of the best massages I have ever received with a pedicure ever!! I got the deluxe pedicure at $55
All providers working were giving great service to their clients
I think I am going to come back and get the reflexology pedicure.

I was lucky this place was still open and took me has last costumer
Employee who did my pedicure was amazing I recommend this place no hidden fees

This was a disaster. Before getting service I explained to the technician exactly what I wanted, she agreed and gave me a price. Fine after about her fumbling around for a hour she go frustrated because she could not do what we agreed upon. Then the manager comes over all irritated because she said she didn't understand what I wanted ENGLISH is her second language. Well my dear you should have came and explained it to her before you made me pay up front. Long story short she did not want to refund me my all of my money, but after going back and forth she did. IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ENGLIS THEN YOU SHOULD TRANSLATE FOR THEM WITH EVERY CLIENT. THIS IS AMERICA.
This is a follow up from your response. Yes my mother did, the difference is she just got a plain manicure. I specifically asked her if she could put a tip on both of my big toes, she said what she said to you a price was given and service began. In reality she really couldn't do the work. Your excuse was she did not understand???So what do she translate to you my dear. And yes I asked for a full refund because she did not give me what was I asked for. Went to a shop up the street and the manicurist said how terrible the half job looked and did exactly what I wanted in 45 minutes. PS. THAT SHOP IS CLEANING UP ALOT OF YOUR FAILED JOBS. WILL YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU DIS NOT GET??

My husband and I used to live in the area when we first moved in together and we would get mani pedis here all the time, we loved it! Recently I decided to make the far drive to come back to get our nails done and it was not the best... Customer service is always decent, nail techs are nice but my nails are pretty subpar. My acrylic is crooked, had corrected my tech on my shape numerous times till I just gave up and they are flecks in my nail polish that she just left. Pictures below. Pricing is fair but if you come, just het something simple- not even french tips.

Paid 75 dollars for no design and it was so sloppy. I understand that its extra for chrome, but wouldn't you expect it to look clean? On top of that the manager is rude stating that I was okay with it if I walked out...

Went here to get my nails done & I do not do gel! I asked for a simple French tip & a simple simple white heart. THE MAN who was doing my nails right away made a fuss about me not wanting gel I told him I will be okay with regular polish. I left the salon like this because what he was doing to my nails was horrid. HORRIBLE SERVICE & not to mention he was yelling at me telling me if I wanted nice I had to pay more. I’ve never heard of such a thing ridiculous.& THEY STILL MADE ME PAY

I had to go back to the store twice in one day because they left nail polish all over my cuticles. Instead of using nail polish, as I requested , she just tried chopping it off with clippers which just mad it worst. I felt bad for the client I replaced after I wanted it cleaned up, so I left in a hurry. I paid 75 dollars for chrome but I expected better work for the price point. Would you say this is professional work?
