This is probably the worst storage unit I've ever had, my unit was burglarized
They took a lot of expensive tools and antiques, the Manager Keith lives on site, but somehow they were able to steal right under his nose, he said they check locks daily ?? But he hadn't noticed mine was pried open ??
I noticed most their lock hasps looked damaged, despite all the Cameras he didn't notice a single thing, they removed a lot of large bulky items from my unit Keith never even noticed, he didn't seem to concerned about my stolen items, he was more focused on unit rent, they told me they could look back though security footage but I'm skeptical they even did ?
I've called several times and he gets an attitude with me every time and acts like it's a huge inconvenience for him ??
I had insurance on my unit but haven't heard anything, Keith dose not call or update me on the situation, in fact seems like he can't be bothered, they try and raise your rent almost every month once you get past the first month. I haven't heard from management on my theft, no updates nothing, Keith could care less, if you do not want to loose your belongings and have your unit rent raised every month then Avoid this place
Keith is to pre occupied with other things then to worry if your belongings are being stolen, he told me I should get a detective to come by ?
But the police department informed me they do not do this, lord knows Keith will not put any effort into it....

Keith is amazing I couldn't ask for better customer service the CSR that help me to update to the correct location was just as fabulous I will always use US Storage for my storing needs

Good for signing up and nice customer service. My only concern is that I couldn't have a lease and the price of my unit could double. If that happens I will change review. Otherwise good deal.

Easy. I love this place. There is always a person to talk to in the office. Makes you feel more secured. Everyone there is nice. For sure will use this place for all my storage. I went to other storage places like public storage before this place And let me tell you. Looks like abandoned. No is there ever. Scary place.

It was a pleasure doing business with US Storage. Each member i spoke to was very nice and helpful. We received a great deal on a 10x30 over Memorial Day Weekend. Finalized everything with Keith the manager and he made the process very easy, quick and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I called US Storage for a quote and spoke to Keith at the Annie Oakley location. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped assist me with all my questions. The fast friendly response makes it easy to not worry about searching all over town for bargains.
