Very accommodating to me and my kids while we waited for a shuttle. Snacks, soda, wifi, and a quiet place to relax. The only downside is that this location is outside security meaning you'll have to go through again if you're on a layover.Kid-friendliness: Games, coloring books, TV, video games, snacks. Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and wide open area.

Noisy, mostly by the volunteers. Was a place to rest, check email. Didn't consume any snacks.

OK selection of snacks. Sandwiches no longer available. Virginia was just too busy to talk to me. Recommended.

A USAF ENLISTED WOMAN 20-YEAR RETIREE in DESPERATE need, I landed here with a plop which quickly fizzled. The local BURNOUT was APPARENT in EVERY interaction less one. One of the founding members was kind enough to speak with me as a REAL VETERAN. EVERYONE ELSE WAS TOO BUSY JUDGING MY COVER WITHOUT BEING IN MY SHOES. BUT(T), I digress ...

Sorry, but allowing retired, but not 100% disabled with a USID is just disgraceful on so many levels. The people running this place should be ashamed of themselves. Either allow just active duty and their dependents or do like most of the other USO’s and do active duty, their dependents, and allow anyone else with a USID on a space available basis. This is just disgusting and down right disrespectful. People need to stop donating to the Las Vegas USO as long as they keep disrespecting our nations disabled veterans like this.

Had a few delayed flights and the volunteers were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing and they even had extra chargers if anyone had forgotten theirs.

Great place to relax before going through security to your flight. I just wish it were on the other side. Free snacks and drinks available to veterans, military and their families.

**Center is located between Security & A/B Gates. You MUST exit & go thru Security again**Stayed here for a couple hours with my kids (4 & 6) for our layover. There was ample of amenities available in the center such Restrooms, food & beverages, kiddy area, and a lounge area to take a nap in. Wi-Fi was pretty good, fast enough for my son to play his games on his iPad.Definitely, a HUGE thank you to the USO. Made traveling with young kids convenient.

Absolutely HORRIFIC to deny a Dessert Storm Veteran into your establishment. He is a disabled veteran for gods sake. Shame on whoever was working that day. If you ignorant to this situation search “100% disabled war veteran denied access to Las Vegas” so you can see how embarrassed you all should be.

Two Soutwest employees told me to go through security to find the USO. I go through security, and I saw signs for it like the one I posted. I finally asked another employee, and they said it was outside of security. That was disappointing. My suggestion is to make that important piece of information more obvious to airport staff and with signage.
