(most of the negative reviews I’m seeing are about the workers on route, not experiences in post office itself.) I use this post office only for shipping out things I sell online, and I have never had a bad experience or long wait at all. They’re polite and helpful. I actually go a few minutes farther than the USPS nearest to me (which is always packed, hour-long wait) just to use this one because it’s way less people here.

This location is very bad experience I got my package it’s bean a month I didn’t receive any response from them .. also they don’t care your issue USPS driver is lazy to drop my package on my mail box … Be careful what you do… people paying the item but you guys doesn’t care about it… worst post office this place..

Some carriers here steal packages and lie about delivery notices they never leave. They put my mail in my neighbors's box on purpose. They are Some are so lazy they do not want to take a package to an upstairs apartment. Too lazy to knock at the door to alert the tenant waiting inside her apartment. It is high time to report those federal mail theft crimes to Postmaster General.

This was my first time at this post office location. I came to ship a package and was able to do it in a timely manner without a long wait.
In addition to purchasing postage and boxes for shipping packages, you can also purchase stamps, gift cards, rent a mailbox, etc.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 2 weeks ago I went in and forwarded my mail from my old address and did a hold mail since I have to wait for the post office to change my locks. Lets say a week and a half as went by, my hold was not done nor was my forward address. Even after I provided them with the receipt to show someone in their office in fact initiated it, they still brushed me off as if it was my fault.
There was no accountability for their mistake and I was talked to as if I was incompetent but yet it seems like the workers are. Something needs to give with this location. Mail is not to be toyed with and of people can not understand that they shouldn't work there because I highly doubt if they were in the same boat they wouldn't like it.

0 stars. So happy this isn’t my local post office anymore. Cant get a simple address change, its a joke or on purpose. Because after the 3x trying to change my address i got a voicemail from here to confirm my OLD ADDRESS is now marked as my NEW address when it was THE OPPOSITE THING I CLEARLY INPUT. How do you even do that. Now I dont know how many times i called back and I talked to so many people and NO one can simply call me back to confirm the error was corrected. Going to my local post office in person now, this is ridiculous.

Was a little hesitant at first because of previous reviews but I walked in, had some questions in regards to the boxes and shipping times. Male with glasses at the front desk was very helpful, explained all the tracking info to me. Service was fast and easy.

The attention is really bad, it took more than an hour and a half waiting, I support that adults need an income, but this man is not qualified to follow up, he is exaggeratedly slow, he forgets things and is not qualified to work ski, The people who came also have things to do to keep us waiting only 90 minutes. It is not the first time, I have been waiting for a long time and sometimes it just tells me there is nothing and clearly I check my notifications on my phone that my bills have been sent, THEY NEED TO SOLVE THIS is the department of Pick-up-Only It shouldn't take 90 minutes just to wait, this is really FRUSTRATING
