The employees should know more about what kinds of stamps can or can’t be used on letters than the customer does. Every time I go in here to see if I have the correct amount of postage on letters I get told that I cant use the global forever stamps when mailing within the USA... Um yes I can..been using them for the years and the post office one olive street has never had a problem with me using for mailing in the USA. I have friends that work in the post office in other states that have told me global stamls can be used in the states.
Today when I went in I had 3- 2oz letters I took I to pay for postage to mail them out. I was told that I would be charged $7.00 each because they was considered a package. A package!?
Apparently they employees dont know much about postal service.
The only reason I go here is because its by my foot doctors office. I pass it when walking back to the bus stop on eastern.

Worst post office ever. They always have 1 employee working and a line of constant people. That's not fair to the employee nor the customers in line. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! No stamp machine either, have to wait in a 30+ minute line just to buy stamps. Staff more people, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

There used to be the sweetest Filipino lady that retired maybe two years ago they replaced her with the rudest pair of black postal workers a man with a thick accent like Haitian or African and some ghetto chick from the Bay Area they're both rude dismissive look for every reason why they can't help you Beyond unacceptable. I've completely stopped using the post office I just send my stuff UPS rather than demeaning rude treatment and disrespected. Miss my old friend the sweet Filipino lady such a pleasure to see every single time.

I used the outside mailbox, it's been two weeks and the letter I dropped in has never arrived. I'm now wondering if the box is ever checked for outgoing mail or there for a fashion statement. Another thing, every time I've gone there the line is long, but the people are nice and respectful of one another. That's reason for the one star. Drive a further to the at 3115 Olive St./S Mojave Rd., it's worth the trip.

These folks that work here have some wild days with high volumes of customers, and some that are rude but they are always helpful and efficient! Be kind to postal workers and they be kind to you ?

Was there today (6/21) at 2:30 and it was closed. Waited for about 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up (they take their lunch from 1-2, so I didn't have much hope but wasn't in a rush) but no one did. I was one of at least 20 people there to ship something.

Shout out to Don Dy For excellent customer service and amazing attitude. Not often do we see such a positive and calm demeanor these days. However, Don was the epitome of Confidence and willingness to assist somebody who was unsure of what product line to use to send mail. His ability to assess the needs of a customer, is what everyone should model their professional demeanor. Thank you, Dan for making the experience, lovely and personable.
