I don't understand how a service can be this bad!!! I have had my packages stuck in the parcel at my apartment for 4 days now because the mailman can't do their damn job and leave the parcel key in my mailbox. I have been to this location every morning for the last three days and I have been assured they will send the mailman out to leave a key but nothing had happened. At this point I might as well sit in front of the apartment building all day so I can catch the mail person when they pull-up.

This post office is not forwarding my mail. After calling repeatedly for hours with no one answering, I finally got a lady who answered, put me on hold, and never came back. I have been calling and now it rings and rings before I get the busy signal. I had plenty of time to file a complaint online while waiting. Inexcusable.

They have a Rapid Postage machine now in addition to the APC terminal. The doors to the post office are locked on Sundays meaning you won't be able to access your PO boxes.

Said they delivered my package to the mailbox. This was a lie. They didn't deliver it at all. Zero follow up. Impossible to get my money back. Shut the whole thing down.

Zoro seemed visibly overwhelmed while working alone, but instead of offering helpful customer service, she appeared frustrated with customers who didn’t understand what was going on. I understand everyone has tough days, but it’s important not to take that frustration out on the people you’re serving.

Since there is no way to not have a star. I dont want to give a star. The place was packed with customers and only 2 clerks. I then checked out the ratings and it’s true. I was here back in February and it's the same, poor service
