Garbage company that underpays their workers and HAVE no AC in their vehicles but expect their workers to deliver packages all day. If you’re going to overwork/underpay at least put AC in the vehicles. How is a government job not taking care of its employees? Where is our tax money going to if our mailmen don’t even have AC in a vehicle. RIDICULOUS!!!! they need to be SUED!!!!!

So is this place even open Thursday morning just before 10 AM and the doors are locked. No signs on the door of any sort disclosing why they are locked. The trees and bushes are so overgrown. It looks like they went out of business. I don’t know if they’re understaffed if there’s network issues, but this parking lot looks scary even for the morning time. Thanks USPS you guys are amazing.

Probably the worst Post Office I’ve been to. The front clerk Manny has some of the WORST customer service I’ve even experienced. I went and told them my mailbox lock was broken and I was the new homeowner..he said it would take weeks.. that my mail would be held until it was a functioning mailbox. I go to see if I have mail being held..no mail… how do I not have mail in 31 days?!? It was NEVER being held!!! My lock was fixed did anyone call/email to let us know?? Nope. I had to call and be on hold for 30 mins just for them to be like oh yup it’s ready. Worst!!! Post office!!! Ever!!!!!

Horrible customer service had me in line to send a document international for almost 40min clerk was typing with one had finger by finger to end up telling me she couldn’t do it after asking for a manager another clerk claimed he was the lead and said the system was not working AFTER 45min …. What a joke yeah will just go to FED EX !!!!!!

They are racist. I came to pick up my mail and they didn't want to give it to me until 9:30 am, but the manager did give it to a white person at 8:40 am. Horrible experience.

Decided to ignore redelivery requests for days until package is returned, stuck in “processing” and won’t answer anything about where package is. Probably stole it.

Had a package out for delivery requiring a signature. Mail man rings my ring door bell and instantly turns around and walks back to his car and drives away. By the time I walked from my master bedroom to door he was gone. Not even a full 60 seconds from him getting out his car to getting back in… come on now…

Reserved a PO Box online, went in to this post office to get the key. There was no lines to wait in, and was very easy to get the key to the box. Had to show two IDs and sign a form. Took all about five minutes. Everyone working at the time were very friendly too.

Mike, the supervisor there, assisted me today and went above and beyond.I had accidentally written the wrong address on a package so it wasn’t delivered on time. I contacted the sender and also usps trying to intercept it from being returned to the sender. I chose to receive a call from usps regarding my issue, within minutes I got a call from Mike telling me he got the message and grabbed my package just before it went to returns. He told me I could pick it up or it would be delivered on Monday. I couldn’t pick it up before close so I said Monday was fine. He said he might be able to have it delivered today. He called me a few hours later and confirmed with me it will be delivered today!! I am ecstatic! Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time, especially from a delivery service. Thank you thank you Mike! I hope you get a big raise and promotion!
