When I left the post office on Carey an hour ago Google displayed Winterwood post office hours till 6:00 pm. I get here about 16 till 5:00. Closed. Google now displays the hours till 5:00. But the lil black numbers on the doors are 4:45. Ur quasi government here ain’t doin y’all a dang bit of good. Seriously.

This is the worst post office I have ever endured. They never deliver my mail then act clueless when I try to ask questions. I’ve put in multiple service requests and NOTHING gets done. I wish I couldn’t give any stars. The customer service is TERRIBLE. This entire experience with them has been nothing but problematic

To all PO Box owners, they don’t keep the doors open longer for the PO Boxes especially on Saturdays like it says on their hours.

Sherin (Associate) did her best to help me and Kudos to her but the inconvenience of my money order document not being accepted is beyond me. The date on money order was not clear and clear county had to reeend my docs back to me because of it. Not only did I have to pay for the money order reissuance fee but also to mail out docs over again and management did nothing to assist. Stat away from this post office!!!

I'm going to give my humble opinion about this place, there's a person named Jeremiah. The truth is, I don't know how this person can work with clients. The truth is, this man doesn't have a drop of respect. He treats people who don't speak Spanish like dogs. He's a truly bad person. The truth is, once I do a procedure again and he treats me badly, I'm going to report it to my high-level superiors. Ban will have to take severe measures.

They were closed when I arrived before 5pm and have removed the close at 5pm sticker and replaced it with 4:45pm closing. The official usps website says 5pm. I drove across town to get here before 5pm and someone looked at me and couldn’t let me in? I have an important letter that I cannot locate and I tried to call the location prior with no answer on the phone.
Very disappointing. Also have no idea why this is the location for the service address, it’s 2-3 post offices further from the address. It’s frustrating to get up here when there are closer locations for the address.

Post office is now locking the doors at 4:45. No access to po boxes or kiosk. Hours are posted online stating 5:00 closure but are written in sharpie on their door with 4:45 as closing time. Not ok.

Worst post office ever. Zero stars if I could. I would drive further just to deal with another post office if my packages didn’t get sent here.they Don’t like to answer questions Slow lazy workers don’t care. no sense of urgency, no customer service nothing. Dont waste your time.

I have a PO Box at this office and they always close the doors minutes before their scheduled time. The person locking the door seems as if they want to leave early. They have to find a better way for us customers to access our PO Box also without running into homeless people using illicit drugs in the premises (see picture). Every PO Box company in the area has very good process and are organized. I will be closing mine at this time. Be aware of your surroundings at this location.

That tall guy really loves to hear himself speak, won’t even let you ask a question, tries to speak over you, and doesn’t answer the question you have properly because he refuses to let you ask it. It’s incredibly frustrating, the lines get pretty long and it’s probably because he won’t stop talking long enough to let anyone explain what they actually need. I was trying to ask the simplest question and not only would he not let me speak, he kept talking about stuff I didn’t need an answer to. Is there a supervisor or someone who can step in and teach some proper customer service skills?

Tells me I need physical documents to show proof of my lease agreement. I bring back documents showing proof then the guys states that those documents won’t suffice. It’s just like the 90% of Vegas middle-aged men that work in public-service jobs never got enough love in their adolescence so now they’ve become so grumpy and incompetent that they feel the need to confuse you even more to try to assert their non-existent dominance. Then the employees have the nerve close this location 15 minutes before 5 like huh? I never heard is such a thing.

I would give a zero star if I could. Never have I've seen a Post office that's closed before the time they are supposed to. I needed to send a package today and I was worried I wasn't going to make but managed to make it 10 minutes before, but they said they were closed since 4:45 and they weren't going to take any more packages. I was asking why were they closing earlier than usual and they just ignored me and told me to come back tomorrow. Super disappointed, wouldn't recommend coming here if you're running late and thinking you'll be here 10 minutes before closing, because that won't matter.
