Most of the time it’s not a good experience going into the PO on Jones near Flamingo. There are a couple eople that almost make up for the rude, annoying, arrogant staff. My main complaint is the otdior drive through mailboxe is always often so full that you have to force the mail into the box and hope a dishonest person doesn’t take a handful. I cannot walk very well and it’s very painful to exit my vehicle and walk inside but that’s what I do when it’s overflowing. Additionally when you tell them they either give you the death stare or say something cute. Really? Is this the best we can do? They make the whole organisation look bad.

I was expecting to have a dismal experience based on the reviews, but I was wrong. The staff were friendly and only waited a few minutes to pick up my package.

I do agree that the counter service is terrible. Every now and then, I receive torn packages. But!!!
I have had great delivery people on my route for the past 20 plus years.

They suck so much ! The bald guy at front will literally battle you and turn you away saying they’re “closed” even when there’s still time before it’s even 5 and I’m not talking about 2 minutes or 5 I’m talking about 15 minutes before it’s 5. Unpleasant person to interact with.

No stars. Look at the type of ppl that work here. What you see is what you get. There trash. Not sorry. Lady was rude, guy was rude. I think they need a investigation into this place. Seriously.

Most disorganized station in las vegas incredibly rude and totally incompetent. Took them 5 min to find a pen for me to sign for a package.

This is the third time I have had missing items. I ordered 5 coins from a shop out of state. This post office did not scan the package. I called to find out where it was.The next day it showed up missing 2 coins. The package was ripped opened and retaped. BEWARE!

This post office for me is the best in spring valley area especially the window clerk she's always helping and patience sad one if nicest window clerk I met I moved in the area back 6 years ago passed away thank you for your service especially the one particular clerk she also singing

I recently waited to hear a male employee talking so rudely loud to customers while waiting in line. Forms like Express/Priority Mail are not stocked as with the boxes. Other forms like certified, delivery confirmation etc... aren't stocked either. I walked up from the street and smell urine and empty liquor bottles. Typical government employees that can't get fired and hate their jobs. What happened to America?
