Bad customer service. There is a black lady in the counter. Im in line with 3 year old boy and my boy having tantrums. when its my turn this lady instead if assisring me since its my turn. She leave her counter and let me wait longer until the next guy on the other counter assist me. What a bad person and customer seevice. I kniw she did that in purpose. So inconsiderate

Wait was about 15 minutes. Not horrible, but there was NO air conditioning. Really USPS? I'm not blaming the employees at this location, they are the ones who have to sit in it all day. The hotter it is, the more the everyone going to have a short fuse. The lady that helped me today was very nice! She deserves 5 stars. She doesn't deserve to work in a sweat box.
Whoever is responsible for keeping the AC running, DO BETTER! It's summer for crying out loud!

If you are not going to abide by your hours, change them, I’ve stopped here three times now and unable to get my mail absolutely ridiculous. I pay money for this service that I am unable to use.

Today there was a huge line because they were working very slowly, an Asian who works here had to come and that's how we were able to be served correctly.

I got down there on a Saturday, I thought it was going to be real busy. But it wasn't that bad. There's only five people ahead of me and they only had two people at the counters.
