The indoor drop boxes are always full. It seems the only thing this location does efficiently is lock the doors to the service area before closing time.

Every time I go to that post office I pay for a tracking and it doesn't get scanned they're just not doing their job they got nothing else better to do but sitting and eating Donuts I'm losing my customers because of them they don't scan any mail I send with tracking and customers are upset because there's no tracking of there item all you need to do is just press that one button to scan the mail if I could give zero Stars I would

Mail man refused to deliver my packages,for almost a year and office staffs ignored to cases I have filed. and when I walked in and ask them, they always ask what’s the problem I’m not getting my packages? I don’t know I’m here to ask. I have finally find out the mail man leave notes and return to sender packages coming to my address he wrote “moved with out notice and its set on forward “ which is not true I haven’t moved or make any changes

They took my package too I also reported it to usps inspector general. I’ve had a custom car heart jacket vanish from this location and my grandfathers ashes gone idk why stuff disappears from this location but I’m sick of it someone needs to do something. I hope they felt bad when they realized they stole some one’s ashes

Absolutely do not send your packages from this post office. They stole my Apple Watch out of my package! That was a $800 watch, gone. It was last scanned at this location 14 days ago and it pinged in New Jersey! I already reported it to the inspector general. Absolutely disgusting behavior. This is why people don’t trust the post office anymore.

The postmaster and some of its sorting employees need to be replaced or trained to care. I had a package sitting there for 9 days then returned back to Salt Lake City, Ut. It was important medicine that has been all over the country without a hitch. I live in Southern Utah and they are not getting the mail out. I need this prescription and the post office has not delivered. Get it together or get out. The postmaster should be on top of this. This happens daily with other mail, takes longer for priority mail when it goes through Las Vegas.

Terrible post office. I dropped off about 30 envelopes of mail to send out payment to vendors and such during the day, way before the mail would be picked up, so it didn’t sit overnight. After 2 weeks, NONE of the envelopes have arrived! Not one! They lost or decided to just throw away 30 envelopes of mail! I’ve been delivering mail weekly for the past 5 years for my job and I always go to the Decatur location, have never had an issue. The one time I decide to go to this location, nothing gets delivered. How is that even possible?! These workers are probably purposely sabotaging the mail delivery as protest or something. I’m angry and they’ve cost us $900 in bank fees due to having to cancel every single check that was mailed and lost. I’m sorry, one envelope is understandable. 30?! There’s something going on over there.

Useless… no one answers phone. Package was scheduled for re delivery because no one could apparently bring it to my door?… was never re delivered. No answer all this after being lost for 4 days in transit . Useless

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Droped off mail over 2 weeks ago and now they are claiming that they dont have possession of it. I have tried speaking to someone and nobody is ever available. Bad customer service.
