I’ve only ever used this location to send out packages, and every employee I met has always been respectful, kind, and helpful! yes, the lines can get long, but y’all this is a USPS. these people are doing the Lord’s work

Passport people dont care about the walk ins. On the website it says walk ins starts at 8am, it was 9:30 & they never called 1 single person from walk ins. Theres 2 of them working & theres more people on the walk in line than the appointments. Maybe next time assigned 1 person to take care of all walk ins instead

Worst location in the city ....I was waiting in line for 35mins !! And I wasn't the only one.The workers are absolutely RUDE ,there was an older gentleman in front of me asking the older white lady for help and she was jait giving sarcasm remarks back .You have the black manager standing behind the desk watching you as your in line but not offering to help NOR place more workers out ..They currently have 3 workers and there are 12 people in line ..The unprofessionalism this location has is HORRIBLE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION.. Unless you like waiting and dealing with rude workers

This the worst post office ever I wish I could give it no stars but that's not a option. Extreamely rude employees that have no basic manners and shouldnt have been hired in the first place. This place has to be either shut down or find new management to run it. Never EVER again will I be heading to this post office. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This place amazing! The people here were so helpful especially Ms. Aracely! She helped with my passport and I was literally in and out of the postal office in less than five minutes! This has never happened before and I am so grateful! She made the process so easy and already knew what I needed! I want to give a special thanks to their team, to the company, and especially to her!

The worst branch in history. All they do is hire people that steal packages they obviously figured out a way to pronounce it lost or stolen and you have to file a long ass claim! How does it get from the east side of the United States and then lands in Vegas and they say the label wasn’t legible. How does it fly across our country to end up in Vegas scanned and then just be delayed til next day and then never receive it. I got a call from the branch manager Maria and she doesn’t know what happened and said one of the packages was miss labeled but how do you know? Cuz she’s the manager probably in on the theft!!!!
