In the past I haven't had the greatest experience with the employees here but they recently assigned new employees , the employees have been working at this location at least for few months I've been going there are Soo sweet I look forward to swinging to drop off my mail😇🥰

Crystal ( I believe her name was) was exactly what this location needed! She is not only knowledgeable but also brings a little energy that brightens up the mood. She makes you feel welcomed and not a hassle if you have a question! This location is a hidden gem that is open more days than a normal post office but has music and short lines that doesnt have you hating going in to send out a package or letter. This has to be my favorite location to go too!

Thank you DARNELL for changing my experience with usps
I have lived in the US for 8 years and I always had bad customer service at USPS all this time but this guy changed everything. Honestly, I was there for about 15 minutes while I filled out my forms and I observed how the employee DARNELL treated the other customers and it really is the sweetest, kindest and quickest person you can ever meet!
The customer service by DARNELL was EXCELLENT

This location is extremely small and it is ment for customers that know what they are doing customers that are prepared and most of the time have their mail already packed with the labels already on or ready to be put on this location is a blessing if you fall under this category due to the high amount of people at all the other post offices this location can be amazing if you use it right. They have been nice and helpful to me I feel like it just gets overwhelming easily it only takes 1 unprepared person to back the line up out into the Albertsons and their is only 1 worker so it's easy for them to get frustrated anyways like I said great location if you come prepared
