I wanted to renew a P.O. Box and Marjorie would not let me finish my sentence. She went about how it’s a privacy issue and would not let me renew my box. I had to fall in line again and renewed it with another associate only to find that my previous keys did not work. I fell in line again. With my luck, Marjorie was the one to help me AGAIN. It makes me regret complimenting her on her red lipstick earlier. I informed her my previous keys did not work and I was not given new keys. My receipt says the lock was changed and 2 keys should be issued. She said I’m supposed fill paperwork. I said the other associate did not ask for any to be filled. I asked if I may speak with a manager because her tone was very short with me and I needed to get to the bottom of my box situation. After 15 minutes, no manager arrived. I am not sure what I did to rub this person the wrong way but she was very unprofessional, but kind to everyone else. I fell in line 3 times, paid for 1 year renewal, wasted my time and still don’t have access to my box.

The woman at the door is Extremely RUDE!! I came here 1 month ago and told it would be 2-3 weeks to get my mail box key, I came back on exactly week 4 and inquired about it , I was being kind and asking about it she was sooooo Rude attitude mad that she told me a few more weeks they are working on July locks they are behind. I asked what can I do about my mail she made me feel stupid saying I should have it forwarded yesterday. I just purchased this home and moving from other side of the city northwest area and she was I can't help you with that mail you need to get it from that post office, why ask me then! The Woman's rude attitude and demeanor reflects to others and because you may have a bad day I heard her screaming in the back at others don't put that negativity to others especially to customers. Treat others with kindness and compassion and you will receive that in return May God truly Bless her because she made me feel horrible !

Compared to other post offices, this one is great. I have been to it many times and have had similar experiences.
The outdoor drive-thru box to drop off mail is actually located on the side of the building and accessed via the side road.
The front of the building faces Pebble (the address of the post office).
There is plenty of free parking.
Once inside, the post office boxes are located to your right.
The self-service kiosk and free priority shipping boxes are located just ahead of you when you enter.
The day I used the kiosk for my pre-paid needs, the receipt printer was down but I was able to use the email receipt option. There was no one in line in front of me for the kiosk. I was able to process my parcels efficiently and without any issues.
The bin to deposit your parcels is located just to the left of the kiosk.
To the left of the front door is the main post office area where their friendly staff are at the counter to help people in the queue with their needs. The lobby itself is not that big nor do they have a large amount of counter space. Also located there are shipping supplies available for sale. It was decently stocked here.
There was a small queue of people waiting to be helped.
Overall, this location was very nice and very clean. I was surprised that at the time of day that I went to this location, it wasn't more crowded. Usually on Fridays, around mid-day (I went at 3:00 p.m.), it's much busier. You can always tell by how busy the parking lot is when you pull in.
The staff were very friendly.
There was plenty of free parking and the location's exterior is also very well-maintained.
Overall, a great experience at this location.

Just when you think the USPS can’t get worse, they will. Lost my mailbox key and called the 1-800 number, they said I need to go to my local USPS with my ID (fair enough). I arrive to a 20 deep line and 1 person working. I finally make my way through the line and she says I have to go to the door for service, after waiting 20 mins, and there is a sign on the door. Oh wait, that kindergarten art sign you have on the door that I can’t see through the 20 deep line? So another 10 min wait till someone comes up and says I need a copy of my mortgage, wait what, I was told by YOUR people I just need and ID, oh and it’s $50. A waste of an hour of my day for no help, crap service that somehow my tax dollars pay for. Frigging embarrassing and should be improved or shut down!

Supervisor Always at lunch, in meeting, Off today, packages routed to wrong addresses, asking for lost mail will end up with zero results, some don't even know what to do. SAD. The Manager is rude, Bryan, who hires these people ????

We have recently moved to the area and have had nothing but headaches dealing with this post office. We were told the post office should be holding our mail from closing time until we receive a mail key - which is a 3-4 week wait - and that we could pick up mail directly from the post office. Every time we go there is some new reason for why they haven't been holding our mail, and a new form to fill out. It's been almost two weeks since we have received a single piece of mail, which is a huge problem for a family moving into a new house with invoices and bills coming in. Add this to the 30-minute wait time every visit, and it's a recipe for a lot of irritation and discontent.

Dropped off a packed there last Tuesday July 22 to be shipped out. It never got scanned in and went missing, now I’m out $250.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the desk criticized me for not bringing my own tape because they had none for sale. I thought this was a post office? Crazy stuff

Yes sometimes the lines are long there and they are under staffed but it just makes me feel bad for the employees there that been working there for years. Some look so drained and it makes me feel bad for them they definitely need some help in there and high more people
