I have had a PO Box here for several years. My issue is not with the counter staff, I find them to be pretty helpful. My issue is with whoever signs for delivered packages. Three of my packages just this month were misplaced or flat-out lost. I'm left placing claims with FedEx and UPS who say they were delivered. This means the Post Office has lost them and now I can't get them replaced.There's a poster on the wall that says the Post Office delivers 'peace of mind' on every piece of mail delivered for PO Box holders. I think not.

Horrible experience. Our home is brand new and mail person not assigned to neighborhood yet. We have to go in person. Today, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, was told we were in wrong line and had to start over again. Not easy at 75 years old. Female employee was rude. Last week it didn't matter what line we were in. Nor should it ever. No line indicates anything. Shame on You, USPS!Further, after spending 30 minutes in correct line, was told we didn't have any mail!!! We knew this wasn't true. Dashboard shows our daily mail. Was told l would get phone call.UPDATE: Went back following day. Unbelievable amount of mail was given to us. Never got the phone call.

I had issues grabbing my mail when previous times were most simple. The asian gentleman made it hard to get my mail with all his questions when he had attended me before. They need to work on their customer service from what i can see.

The big lady standing at the area where you can purchase boxes is rude as hell. 3/22/24. 230pm. Front dude with the neck tattoos should attend the gym with her. How about you both lose weight and have a better appearance on the outside if you're gonna be an incompetent imbecile on the inside..

I wish I can give this office zero Stars. I walked at 5:01 and he refused to take me. The fact that government workers cannot be fired or even care about customer service is a shame!

Quite possibly the most incompetent and unfriendly collection of snail's pace employees ever assembled in one place. The train to Auschwitz was more uplifting than waiting in line at this place.

Horrible customer service as well worker with TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MOUTH WHO WAS PROUD SO SAY FILE THE COMPLAINT “my name is Pearl” old black very ignorant lady! She need to be fired!! EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!!

The woman at the front had the nerve to ask me how I didn’t know my own address bc I had 2 packages shipped to the wrong house number. She was definitely throwing shade for fun bc I bet that happens often -humans make mistakes. She’s probably miserable and sad at her job but there was no reason for that salty nasty question. Hope she has the day she deserves.

Horrible service. Over two weeks now, I still don't have my overnight mail and other important mail. The customer service here is so rude and acts like a monster!

They need to change the guard at this post office there's never enough help you can never find a postmaster whoever runs the place they're always hiding in the back they don't help when there's a line out the door and it's not even Christmas time or any holiday there's never enough people working there and the management absolutely does not care. And this is probably just a waste of breath because it's the government and they don't care about anything so we're just venting when we're on this review nothing ever gets done cuz I've said it before but it's time to start writing letters to the real Postmaster General about this post office is no reason they should have two people working ever bring some of the help out of the back that's back there just singing and dancing and laughing and having a good time while the customers up front wait

I dropped off a package at the counter as they said it would be scanned and sent but they said if I didn't need a receipt it would be faster than standing in line. First time I decided to do so and the package never got scanned or deliver and is now missing. Stay away from this location as it appears they have thieves working there and taking packages if not scanned.

Used the self service kiosk. Though the machine was out of receipt paper I was able to email to myself. Simple and easy to use. No more than 5 min wait time
