Horrible customer service they don’t even say hello to you, and on top of that I’ve been waiting here an hour and they help other customers who came after me. Very unprofessional behavior from the 2 men working today

Bad experience, worst decision to go there, we got promise a lot of things when we went there, I told Adam the deal that I saw from the website, at the website I already have something in my cart and I showed it to him, no trade in 2 phones for only 155 plus tax with higher memory and he said he will give us a deal, we trusted him with every thing that he offered to him but when i saw my upcoming bill I wasnt happy about, we came back to return the phone and the internet device, we spoke with Oscar and if we are upset becase of the situation, he was more upset that we are cancelling, so he didnt give me the chance to transfer my files from the new phone that im returning to my old phone that has already been reset, he said I could do it on Icloud but I knew to my self that that I couldnt back up from my Icloud coz its already full, he told me to put my password to that new phone to erase everything, so when I tried to back up my old phone , it send a code the number that he just cancelled so I dont have access to that number no more. It was a lot going on, so transferring from them to another carrier they really gave me a hard time. Even using the same number that I have been using for years I dont have access no more, getting a transfer pin so I can go to another carrier gave me 2 hours gling back and forth to the store and online with chat and Customer service on the phone just to get that fixed. It was the worst day ever, so I had to set up my phone as new phone and lost everything from the phone that IM returning return to them.

I went into this store today because I need some clarification on my billing. Verizon customer service is trash all together whether its phone or in person. I could be wrong about something, that's why I asked the representative, Ben, who could not tell me how much my monthly bill was. I didn't ask if it would be the same monthly or not. I wanted to know my base amount. His condescending tone was not warranted. I will be paying the device off and ending the service thanks to him. TRASH!

I bought a from them in August because my phone was stolen .I spoke with the manager Coby she sent me envelope to return the phone .Sent phone back never received any text email but kept getting charge for phone i believed they stole phone as soon as they received it, called 5 day later and Coby quits .Still paying a phone i do not have . Called mutable times and they never have manager on duty ..Go to a real Verizon store that doesn't steal

I’ve never hated any experience more than every single time I have to come to an actual Verizon store.
I lost my phone. So I swung through to pick up a SIM card for my backup phone while I ordered a new one through my insurance.
First thing the ignorant employee says. We don’t use SIM cards it won’t work.
Wild. My phone has a SIM card in it that I got at this store.
Then I didn’t remember my pin. So he has to send a confirmation to the phone….
Oh wait I don’t have that phone on me is the entire reason I’m here talking to this moron.
So you mean to tell me I pay XXX amount a month and since that phone is lost, there is absolutely nothing you can do, no way to look up the account.
No.
You hired an idiot.
Solved my problem no thanks to the genius at this verizon.

My name is Connie Morrison. I am using my friends ' phone to post my gratitude for the help I received yesterday from Richard. He helped me with a new phone charger and a new charger for my Apple watch. I also purchased a new tablet and he was very helpful in walking me through the instructions.
Unfortunately neither of my chargers were working correctly so I returned to the same store this afternoon. I wasn't able to speak with Richard today, however, I was introduced to Matthew James and he took care of everything I needed and took the time to explain my new chargers. He made sure these were working before I left the store. I also purchased a cover for the new tablet and once again he walked me through the instructions and showed me all the nice features.
I was in a rush yesterday so I didn't really give Richard enough time to explain things. I am extremely impressed with both young men and I hope you are proud of the great job they both do. I can tell they are happy employees. Thank you

I had lost my phone during a business trip couple months ago. Having different names on the account complicated the situation but Sandra was able to help me in seconds. Thank you very much Sandra.

Thank you Mathew!!! This Verizon is not in the best area but we came In looking for help and we got it right away! The entire team is very welcoming and nice! But Mathew stood out the most! He even helps Spanish speaking customers! He is amazing and unreal! Super professional! Thank you Mathew! We went to other Verizon stores and no one welcomed us or helped us like Mathew did! He got us new iPhones 15 pro max and our bill came out exactly as he said it would! Come ask for Mathew! He will help you!!
