Well, I don't like giving bad references but how poorly the staff at that truthful location works, they offer specials, they make promises, they entangle you and then it turns out that everything is a lie and when you come back for help they get upset and make you upset face and they don't even know what they did, the problem is selling and the client doesn't matter at all, they should take action and demand more respect from them and not make promises full of lies and deception with savings and payment agreements and then day begins the problem where the customer loses everything because even though they know that we are right, they make us believe that we are not and it is not, the truth is that I would not recommend anyone to go to that store and I am very sorry that you have this opinion.

I waited more than 30 minutes for my order in the car. The service does not work. I had to get out to pick it up because they never brought it.

Let’s thank Yama for single handlly having the worst customer service I have ever had to endure . After a 34 years relationship I am canceling my account because of this store and the treatment from their personnel yay Yama thanks for ruining such a long standing relationship. Women acting like gangsters ganging up on clients . Perfect day gotta love the thug mentality

Came into the store today to get new service and phones from Verizon. Salina helped us through choosing phones and service, giving us multiple options. As if this alone was not awesome, she helped us through the process of porting our phone numbers, an ordeal lasting a couple of hours (far more than “2 minutes!). She truly went above and beyond, as did the Verizon representative on the phone, and got us 100% taken care of before leaving the store. Very very poor representative.walked in to discuss joining and signing up a family plan .soon as I enter felt this kid the wrong place told the dude 3times what Im inestrd In for the want a be security walked up like for real my bad your representative is rude and little missy leave your smetk like your important. Very poor representative of Verizon. Oh btw yo yo my credit score is 760 nice try to bump up your commission and I'm a perspective new customer why would Ii know the cost of a new family plan. These guys are a total rip-off prices going up at the drop of a hat. They tell you that you can get a free phone upgrade. But they never told me that I had to be locked in to their program for the next 3 years for them to actually be paid off.
I went to T-Mobile got on their plan and they are going to pay off my device balance.
I actually get more for my money or actually for the same amount of money.
I get the insurance for both phones and International calling. They give us Netflix if you're smart you'll move to T-Mobile.
