Because I have a problem I asked to talk with store manager but this lady disappeared!!!The sales person very rude,loud and unprofessional.He knows nothing, useless men!Please don't go there!I ordered my phone 30 days ago,I paid for it the most expensive one and I didn't get it yet?Come on Verizon but they responsabilize FedEx.i paid my bill today and I have no phone yet I'm disconnected from the world!!

Went to get my dad his first smart phone today, added him as an extra line on my account. Santo was extremely helpful. He was friendly and made my dad feel at ease about going from a jitterbug to a smart phone. Santo set everything up for my dad, got the phone set up for easy use, removed apps from the Home Screen and made it super easy for my dad to use. All my dad has to do is push a couple of buttons to get to what he needs. My dad needs to practice using the phone, but he knows if he ever needs help, he can go to the store and they will help him out.You made our buying experience so easy and the transition smooth. The additional cost to my existing account is minimal and I feel better knowing my dad has a good phone. Thanks Santo!

So far so good. I'm using a wireless internet gateway, and the speed and performance is as good, or better, than advertised. It is a great solution for internet here in Las Vegas, where the landlords in the short term rental market try to soak the tenant for big money for simple internet. It's not cheap (50 bucks with autopay, 60 without) but it is a decent solution

The Manager and Staff here are beyond amazing. Where other locations couldn't find a solution I came here and am beyond grateful enjoying my Google Pixel 7 Pro. I'll be back here for all future purchases and will recommend you drop by this location!!!

I had a positive experience at this location. I came in very frustrated about getting the run around from multiple other Verizon reps. Little did I know that I was talking to the wrong people. Keisha was the manager when I came in and she immediately jumped into action fixing the problem I’d been dealing with. She printed me a shipping label and I was on my way. Thank you, Keisha!

Mark is the BEST— very tech savvy, professional, etc. I had so many issues, unfortunately with exporting my number to my new phone, activating devices, trading in my old phone; and the second we went back to Mark for help, it took him no time at all to figure out the issues and fix them. He’s a great employee — very helpful! Thank you Mark!

Today I had taken the 5G equipment to the store to return as I was directed to when I disconnected the device and service online. I experienced the worst customer service. The guy who checked me in was nice but the guy who helped me said that since it was already disconnected, I would have to ship it back to Verizon. Now I am thinking Verizon is one big company why would it matter if returned to store or shipped back. After as I was doing what I was directed. I did not say anything. He continued to look up my account and say well he could ship it back and he hopes they don't charge me. In my response I say well you have the equipment. As I was leaving the guy who checked me in says sorry. I used to work for the company for 11 years, back when they were still Airtouch. I have had my service with Verizon for 24 years I have 6 lines. The service I received in the store is unacceptable and has me seriously thinking about changing providers. After my experience in the store, I feel the company could care less to lose my business. The company better not charge me for the equipment as I have returned it to this store.

Very nice store and service. Made an appointment and was even seen earlier. Some of my issues were resolved, however certain things still have to be dealt with over the phone unfortunately.

Recently switched from another cell phone carrier, and already Verizon is far better service and support. However for 2.5 days had to carry both old/new phone as they were both working.
