Walked in pissed off at Verizon but left happy because the lady manager got me back on Verizon and with Auto pay. I can't believe how big of a pain in the azz it was to get back onto Verizon service from AT&T....went to Verizon Costco on North Decatur yesterday and that was a TOTAL WASTE of 45 minutes .....This lady at this location had my phone back with Verizon in under 30 minutes. I'll be back to this location or their other dealership by Target on North Decatur and 215

Excellent service! Kyle was VERY knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer ALL of my questions and concerns. Phone upgrades can be very exhausting but Kyle made this a very simple process. He knows his stuff!!

Worst customer service. If you want to feel like a burdon and a nuisance this is the place! Made an error on a reservation (wrong location). 2 people there, 1 tried to argue with me I told them I'm not here to disagree... told me to sit down and wait while the other could have helped me. Both commented saying I thought this day couldn't get any worst/longer. I honestly didn't do or say anything to upset anyone. I went to the other location off of Decatur. It was night and day. They helped me, they were nice.

Representative Julian was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. By the time I left the store my new S23 Ultra was ready. He also helped me add to to my phone other related enhancement products. I had an excellent experience.

If you own a business I would not recommend Verizon for your service network. They have 1 person who handles the state of NV. One and he's not available. They outsource the call center so toss a coin if you get resolution or if they follow through with the issue. I had to call 9 times to get it finally resolved 9. That's being on hold for a min hr each time then another hour for them to figure out how to resolve the problem. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone.

My phone had a problem and I've been with a rising for over 10 years. I went to this location and the manager was absolutely amazing and she fixed the problem in 3 minutes and thanked me for my business. I recommend this location and the manager highly.

I spent most of my day going back and forth trying to figure out the phone. Confusion over the “box” needed to charge the phone left a sour taste in my mouth. I had to buy a cord or a new box to charge the phone. Either one cost $34 which I was hard pressed to purchase, but needed to charge the phone. I’m a senior citizen living on a limited income. This issue left a bad tasted in my mouth. Staff was patient and friendly
