Really dislike posting one stars but the customer service at this location is abhorrent. Firstly I understand that Verizon is a massive corporation and individuals business does not necessarily matter. But being treated with contempt, condescension is not what I would expect from a trained sales professional. Did not listen to what I said and consistently tried to upsell me into other plans. My experience was so abysmal that after leaving I switched to T-Mobile in 15 minutes over a phone call and got exactly what I wanted and saved 35 dollars monthly.
To the owner and operator please train your sales professionals to treat clients with a modicum of respect for their patronage.

Huge thank you to Jordan and also Maria. Literally A+++ at customer service and knowledge. After 3 frustrating attempts at help at another location we purchased by phone and went in to just pick up. We were going to go to apple for all our accessories. Thanks to Jordan we got everything we needed there. The following day I went back in for something and was helped by Maria. I'm sure there are many great people working there but I'm glad I had the pleasure of there 2 girls. Keep up the great work. I hope management sees this.

Took my phone into my local Verizon store Centennial Hills) for repair and was set up with a Genius Bar appointment at the Summerlin Apple Store. Went to Summerlin and they diagnosed my phone with a middle board failure and advised that the Town Square Apple had the part in stock and to go there for repair. Town square Apple repaired my phone but advised me that they were unable to transfer the e-sim to activate my phone and to visit the Verizon store in town square. They said they don’t understand why Verizon blocks them as other carriers allow them to do it. Well the reason is that Verizon wants $29.99 to complete the set up of a repaired phone ! Daniel at the Verizon store town square advised he could assist with this e-sim transfer, after he sets up the e-sim he dropped the bomb of it is $29.99 to finish setting up the phone and assisting in making sure the phone functions! Excuse me, what! He advised this is corporate policy and it doesn’t matter why it needs to be set up it is $29.99 if he helps, unless you pay for their Verizon Mobile protect not just the warranty! This is ridiculous! I understand if maybe I brought in my own phone or a new one I purchased somewhere else but not one that just got repaired. As soon as my contract is up I will be leaving Verizon! The greed is unbelievable!

I have been to three different Verizon stores in Las Vegas. This location is the only one that has ever been able to help me. I have been to Angel and Jess both were incredible. If you need to go to a Verizon store I highly recommend this one as I have tried others and can guarantee they are not as good as this one. You will be greeted when you walk in. You will be asked to wait if there is a wait or you will be helped right away. The store is clean and has a lot of inventory from what I can tell. Thanks

Rude don't care about handicapped people walked off on me but only real Verizon around becareful places say Verizon there 3rd party it should be illegal but make sure you go to a corporate store

I had the worst experience at this location. Jess was extremely rude and disrespectful and treated me poorly and then tried to gaslight me. I am strongly considering canceling my service. I asked for her district managers info to complain and I was told to call 611. Every time I tried to speak I was interrupted and then she justified her behavior by saying I was a bad customer being rude because I was unhappy with how I was being serviced. Rizo overheard the now elevation in my tone and came over to assist. I wish I would have had him first because he was attentive and polite and showed the utmost professional attitude that I am accustomed to. I was able to speak uninterrupted and was then able to conclude my transaction. Jess needs more training and coaching, no one should have to be treated so poorly especially when you’re a paying customer and it’s their job to make your patronage feel welcomed and appreciated.
