This store is incredible. They treated me with attention and customer service I thought long forgotten. The guy with the red beard is a techie which made me feel confident about my choices after he gave me some suggestions.

I came to this store to switch my two cellphone to Verizon and use the 800 promotion they even if over to pay off the different they refuse to help me and they didn't honor Verizon promotion. I was disappointed.

Cody provided me and my wife excellent service. It was stressful that my IPhone 15 Pro stopped working, but he was very helpful in finding a solution.

I spoke to a very patient man named John, I was acting like a complete karen, very rude and unkind and he tried everything to make he happy and make everything right, not okay, but I left that conversation so grateful the amount of work and patience this man had, hes going to do amazing things, God bless him so wholeheartedly and I hope God sees how much he’s really helped me and how grateful i am that he has such a kind heart. John if your seeing this thank you for your dedication. i’m so happy you work here to help others. Anyways he was so amazing and I hope everybody gets to talk to John.

Terrible: went in with a disfunction issue with a 12. Salesman said I qualified for new 16 with only paying sales tax. Left store, next day there were several new charges on my bill that had not been told to me nor had I authorized or signed for. They are cheats.

Went in to split my current joint account and start a new plan with a new phone. I was told I am ineligible for anything new after being a loyal customer for 17 years. They told me my plan was too old to be eligible for any new promotions or any discounts on new phones, everything had to be out of pocket. I was then told by a very unpleasant clerk that my attitude towards phones sucks, and while she did try and help, she gave up entirely. The store was clean and very well kept, that musy come easy with the lack of customers.
Thanks for letting me know I should go right next door to T mobile and start a line with them.

Horrible experience. Victra is a terrible company. Stay away. My bill has been screwed up ever since I worked with these guys. Nothing they told me was true. Will never go back. Now Verizon won't do anything. So frustrating.

Normally you are allowed 30 days to return an item without being charged— not so by the Verizon store on N. Decatur (Victra). After 3 days you are charged a $50. ‘Restock’ fee.
