Placed an online order with this store as pickup. Got the email that said my order was ready to pick up. Came to the store for what should have been a 2 minute encounter to pick up my order and instead I’m still here 30 minutes later waiting for them to figure out their system. This is so painful. For context I was the only one in the store and they weren’t busy (even tho it was the day before Christmas Eve) it seemed like the issue was with their system or possibly the employees lack of knowledge in the system.

The people at this location were fine. But I was checking online to see what the hours were as I was having problems with my phone. It said 9pm. So I drove over and found out that they closed at 6pm. Might have someone match up the online information with the actual business hours for better customer service going forward. Thanks

Ryan is amazing!! My phone was totally messing up. I couldn't get or receive texts, I had no wi-fi, I was unable to make phone calls out or get them in and Ryan spent almost 2 hours on my phone trying to troubleshoot it and realize that it was a technical problem within the phone. He advised me to call to get to get my insurance replacement which was done. When I receive the new phone I was still unable to transfer everything, due to the fact that I didn't have the Wi-Fi and the other phone was still acting up. Ryan took the time to transfer all the information, show me what I needed to do to navigate around my phone, and was so helpful, so patient, and is a total asset to your company. You need more Ryan's working for Verizon. Thank you Ryan for everything you do and how kind you are and patient you are with navigating through all of the problems that I had. I really appreciate you!
