Guess I should have checked the reviews before entering. My experience was also alarming. Alex. Hmm seemed to think I didn't need his help when he left me and moved on to another customer . My initial greeter told him to just give me a phone number and get me out of there. There were clearly a lot of customers. Also alarming. When I finally went to someone else for help. He put me in queue again. And the final young man whom I cannot remember his name. Was so dismissive and condescending and just signed me up for the lowest plan when I had questions dismissed them and just said it's done. I know I'm not new techno savvy but the rudeness and condescending attitude of these people was beyond belief. Definitely will be changing plans and providers. Wow ! If this is customer service..... maybe AI IS BETTER. . Soooo disappointing and sad ,especially in a city that thrives on customer service,support and loyalty. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Went to this store with a charging problem. The employee who waited on me not only couldn't resolve the problem, he didn't even seem to want to help. As if I was bothering him. He should go work elsewhere. I will be going to the Lavender location from now on.

I went to this location to upgrade my iphone to the 15pro max. They said there’s a Christmas deal that come with my trade in. I already have a line for tablet so I’ll get a free ipad just 36 months contract and a free apple watch if I add the line for $5 a month. I went for it and next day I see my watch bill is $10 instead of $5. I went back and asked them what’s going on and after 20min checking they said they made a mistake and it’s $10 a month! So I said I wanna return the watch it’s not worth it, now they wanna charge me a restocking fee! They made a mistake giving me wrong info and I have to pay a fee! They called the manager and she’s not even helping and says if we don’t charge verizon loses money! So if I lose money for their mistake it’s ok and they’re just looking at each other. That was ridiculous, kinda disappointed of verizon after years of being their customer with such a customer service

Sony helped me get a big order done. Changing phone numbers on 3 lines musical chairs style! One phone number was new, two were being switched around on different phones. Then, we got the internet situated for their new internet gateway. On top of that, he told me I was needlessly paying for Disney plus and not using it so that came off, too. Way to go, Sony!

The specialists are extremely dismissive and talk to customers like they're children. I walked out of the store not feeling great about the solution I was provided. I'll have to go on another when different staff is working.

They saw you on a product wireless internet which constantly goes down you call in you can't get to talk to an operator Google the number one of them's offering you termite service another one appears to be the correct number but nobody will answer what a freaking joke definitely get rid of this service

Wow I went in to fix my iPhone 12 got Alexander and my bill and iPhone have been a mess since. I had an iPhone 12 Pro went to a 13 Pro and now my phone won't backup to my iCloud which I pay extra for and to boot Alexander did something to my phone plan where my promotions on all 3 lines drops off ever billing cycle and I am one more time on a lengthy phone call with Verizon billing to correct the $73 difference in my bill again. I truly hope this billing gets fix and what ever you do Do Not ask Alexander for a suggestion on products and if you walk in and get him ask for someone else I have even a bigger mess with this iPhone 13 where it will not back up to the iCloud like I said I cannot get it to back up to my iCloud and my phone has plenty available storage COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE NEW EQUIPMENT ALEXANDER SUGGESTED AND THE 3 MONTH OF MY PROMOTIONS DROPPING OFF MY BILL WVERY MONTH

Well, clearly our 5 star review of Alexander and his "help" has gone south in a very big way! We continue to have trouble finally straightening out our billing. I guess that Alexander REMOVED all of my discounts (I work for the Military, and previously for the Post Office) for over 40 years service to our Government! Nobody requested verification of my current employment, or my previous discounts, just POOF! Gone in one fell swoop. Not OK. If you offer to HELP me, please mean what you say. Don't reach out your hand to "help" and then slap my face. Guess Alexander works at Verizon so he can fleece his customers and build his bank account? Sad. And unacceptable!

I have been trying to return their home Wi-Fi router since May! Their customer service representatives have told me they were mailing me return labels since I moved out of their territory but all other mail (including their bill) has arrived with no sign of the labels. They say I can’t return it in a store but sent me to this location to “print off the return label.” I’ve come three times now due to long wait times because there is no option to simply print the label from the machine like I’ve been told three times by Representatives via chat and phone.

Melvin Douglas is the manager here. He is taking advantage of his position as manager here. He made inappropriate advances that made me extremely uncomfortable, and when I called him out on it, he then refused to assist me with my account. I gave him several attempts to sit up and look me into my eyes and not my chest. This went on for over twenty minutes he wouldn't even log into my account and had to be asked several times to please focus. His inappropriate gaucking was in front of a child, customers, and on camera. This man needs to be investigated for abuse of power as he was the manager and only one in this corporate location which I needed a managers assistance. Working with a company of this stature, i trusted i would be dealing with a professional, rather than a disgusting human being who should not be working with the public. I am also filing with the coroporate office as well

Brett and his manager Melvin fixed the problem, I had called Verizon multiple times from store and not even the online-supervisor could do anything. Brett never dropped the ball, thank you.Story short: customer service couldn’t get into my account to return devise as we had one one too many, 2hrs later I started to feel frustrated like my Karen wanted to come out, but instead I went to ice-cream and I stayed supper pleasant. By the time I returned and eat my sushi instead… lol, boom problem solved, the return label ?️ was sent. Am free!!!!!!!!
