This one on Blue Diamond, by Target, is the one to go to. Treiton (might be misspelled) is awesome and knows what he is doing. I drive clear across town just for him. He even upsold me and I'm not even mad about it.

Trenton Maybee was the Account Specialist that helped my husband sister and I. He was so friendly and helpful. He explained all of our options, made sure we understood all of our options and choices. STAY AWAY from this store! They are NOT a direct Verizon store. If you purchase a new phone and it's defective, the staff at this location are POORLY trained or lack the knowledge ENTIRELY to help you with your replacement! I bought a new phone last week and had the run around with CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I.T. AND WENT IN PERSON TWICE WITH 2 KIDS and the staff at this location were extremely unhelpful. When I went to the DIRECT VERIZON STORE, I was told this was a common issue with authorized retailers and the manager gave me his number so that he could speak to the staff at this location because I should have easily been able to get my new phone without issue. BUY YOUR PHONE DIRECTLY AT A MAIN VERIZON STORE AND AVOID THIS MAJOR INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE IF YOUR PHONE IS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL LIKE MINE, YOU WONT HAVE IT RESOLVED EVEN AFTER 6 HOURS TRYING. I will be going to a different location tomorrow to hopefully resolve the issue.
THEY ALSO TRY TO SELL YOU ACCESSORIES AND CHARGERS AND BUNDLES LIKE DISNEY AND NETFLIX EVEN IF YOU RESPECTFULLY DECLINE. BEWARE. THEY COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME HOW MUCH OUR MONTHLY BILL WAS GOING TO COST! We have to wait until the bill arrives ?
Update: 9/11/24
I called beforehand to explain my predicament yesterday and was told to come in and get it replaced without issue. AJ was extremely knowledgeable and patient and assisted me. I got my new phone at the same location within an hour! Thankfully, it wasn't the same incompetent staff from yesterday.

have no idea why this store even has a 4.6 star review lol there was no costumer service and not the guy NOT telling me what is being added on to MY line and not going over any plans like just decides to pick number one plan AND after respectfully declining disney bundle he adds it anyways. teach your employees not to be scammy that’s why we don’t buy any extras from you :) guy couldn’t even be bothered to change the phone name to be under my boyfriends name, it’s like we were bugging him. anyways save your time and go somewhere else if you like good costumer service and actual communication.
