I recently visited the Verizon store at Rainbow and Badura and had the pleasure of working with Yovana, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
From the moment I started discussing my options, Yovana was an absolute professional. She was incredibly consistent in her customer handling, taking the time to truly understand my needs without any pressure or complicated jargon.
She is a refreshingly straightforward person who made the decision-making process easy. She didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need; instead, she focused on getting me the super amazing deal that was genuinely the very best fit for my usage and budget. Her honesty and clarity are what truly set her apart.
Thanks to Yovana, I walked out with a fantastic plan and phone, feeling confident and happy with my purchase. If you go to the Rainbow and Badura location, do yourself a favor and ask for Yovana—she is the gold standard for customer service!

I have never written a bad review before but after today’s visit, I must warn everyone that is planning to come to this location. I don’t remember the representative that I got, but she was a short asian woman that needs training on customer service or to find a new career cause she obviously hates her life there. I came in for a promo that Verizon had and she tried upsell me on another promo they had that required me to open a new line. When I told her I didn’t need another line, she told me to “open it and just throw it in the drawer”. Girl, read the room!! After I said no again, she got her manager to come over and try to sell me this promo. After repeating the reason why I came in, they finally gave me the promo I requested in the beginning, but not without trying to upsell me the mobile protection plan! I really fear for the elderly that come in that may be scammed from these employees. Please just go to an authorized verizon retailer than go to these scammers.

So nice employees! I got an employee called Daniel. He was so nice and told us everything without leaving any hidden details. He also told us the phones we could get on our plan and gave us step by step instructions of how everything works and told us all the free phones we could get! I got an iPhone 16 for FREE with the $30/month plan. He also let us have the line for $25! I had the best experience and I’m very happy with my new phone!!!

The moment that I walked into the verizon store, I was greeted and helped immediately. Yovanna was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to fix the issue that I have been having for the past 48 hours. She was patient, listened to me, and found a solution to fix the problem that no one else has been able to do. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about Vince and his team at this store. I came in with a unique problem that needed to be fixed. Even with all of the 22 people we talked to in customer service that day being unwilling to help (calling into customer service not in the store) he took the time out of his day to sit there with me in the store step by step even talking to them on my behalf to get the problem fixed. In my opinion this was above and beyond the call of duty for him. I came back in the store this morning to thank him in person but he wasn’t working today. Vince from me to you, you are awesome and what the definition of customer service should be today. Thank you

My phone had reached it's capacity of storage and I couldn't open my camera or texts or anything... and I use my phone for my business, unfortunately I am in a crunch financially right now but I needed a phone! I went to this Verizon store and Daniel helped me. I had brought in my Mother's phone (who passed away 1 year ago, and I had paid it off so I could keep it and look at her thousands of pictures.) Anyways, I knew that in order to get a phone today that I could actually afford because of my current financial situation I would have to turn it in along with my current phone (this was extremely emotional for me, I know it's a physical item, but it was very hard). Daniel was so incredibly kind and patient, was able to help me lower the cost of getting this new phone today by taking the 2 other phones I had, but really what got me, was just how understanding and kind he was. I cried a little, because it was my Mom's phone, but he helped me, he was patient, we set everything up, and I left with a new working phone. Y'all I bawled like a baby on the way to the store because I knew I was going to have to turn my Mother's phone in and it's really the last physical connection I had to her, but Daniels patience and kindness actually made it easier. I am very grateful for his assistance today, and in a weird way it was a huge release and healing for me. Think of that, we never know what others are going through, and something that seems so mundane or simple to others could be hard from some. And Daniel didn't judge me, and I'm certain he has no clue how much his kindness and compassion helped me. Definitely will be returning to this store. Thank You!

Hard to find good customer service and even Harder to find GREAT customer service Mr. Boyd provided exactly that. Amazing guy !! I had a few inquires since I have 5 lines with Verizon and he assisted me with grace. Come looking for him if you need some help I never write reviews but this needed to be said!! Thumbs up Verizon

Very good customer service. They took care of my issue with my tablet and made me aware of upgrades and sales without being pushy. I will remember them when I'm ready to upgrade.

I have had the extremely good fortune to work with Daniel who has helped me solve my cell phone issues. He is by far the very best customer service person I have ever worked with. I can't thank him enough for his unfailing courtesy, understanding, and patience...especially his patience. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
