After being with AT&T for years and even with my work discount, the price of our monthly plan for 3 phones went up. When I asked AT&T to see if they could give us discounts on upgrading or changing our plan to save a little money, they wouldn't budge. I went to this specific Badura location because it's close to the house and we eat around this area often. Jason was awesome from the get go and really made sure to take care of me. He had everything listed for me from discounts to additional savings and to this day is still very helpful. Pretty much received 3 new iPhone 15 pros with a cheaper plan than I had from AT&T and only had to pay for tax for them. Thanks Jason for being so kind and helping me and my wife out, we really appreciate it!

Had a new person help me with buying a new phone. She was great. Issue was I paid for them to transfer my data, but they did it wrong, and after 2 hours did not transfer anything. They also refused to give my my 30 bucks back. So I have to do the transfer and they can just steal 30 dollars. That's not right. If you do the job wrong you should refund the money. Everyone makes mistakes but not owning them and ripping off someone who just signed a multi-thousand dollar contract is not a good way to keep customers or good will. Do the job the customer paid for or refund the money. Beware future customers, they can provide any level of service they feel like and just take what they want. Hope you catch them on a good day.

Raymond was awesome with upgrading to our 15 Pro Maxes. Didn’t force me to change plans or add insurance. 10/10 will be going to this location going forward, and love Verizon. Been with them for years now and you get what you pay for!

I have to commend Rue for her amazing customer service and positive attitude while working on a busy Black Friday. I had been having a long day with the holidays, but Rue was able to help me in record time.

Customer service is terrible. I walked in to pay a bill. I no longer belong to Verizon and it felt like they didn’t want me there. They put me in the queue to wait for my turn. Then three people walked in after me and they knew someone who worked there. And they skipped the queue. I immediately left. I was a former customer for years. I only left because my work paid for my phone. Now that I’m paying it myself, I’ll stick with T-Mobile.

No complaints about this store...just the fact that I have had the worst customer service from Verizon trying to dispute data overage charges despite have limit warnings set in place.Verizon customer service has yet to respond to inquiries as to why their "communications" dept was not able to issue these data limit overage notifications which resulted in 4x my usual monthly bill for 2 months! Even after discussing this same issue on the first month, the 2nd month was NOT resolved. Verizon customer service personnel states that they can only issue a maximum of $50 per cycle which even that has not been seen yet. My resolution was to terminate my service with Verizon and go with COX for $1.00 per month for the same plan since I already have COX TV & INTERNET.

Pretty poor experience overall.The guy working there greeted us and was friendly. There was another lady who was awesome.We got stuck with someone who clearly hated her job.I also was told they can’t help me remove devices from my account any longer, I have to call. Can’t even do it online, Verizon is bringing back the 80s. If I knew that I would had just bought my phone directly from apple.This company had us waiting forever, got stuck a grumpy, impatient clerk, who clearly shouldn’t have still been on the clock.Basically there is no reason to ever step foot in this place.Phones are not cheaper and probably locked. Service is bad, and they can’t help you with your Verizon account.Could had skipped sitting in the store an hour and had Apple bring it to my door since I have to call Verizon anyways.Feels like their goal is to keep me out of the store, that’s fine, I’ll never go back.

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had with a business and also with Verizon and I have been a customer for years. I don't think the employees are bad people but this was very bad service. Not one thing about this process went properly. I arrived at the Verizon location off of S Rainbow at 4:45 spoke with Wendy, who stated that I could get business internet in my neighborhood and get an iPhone. After sitting for 1.5 hours I was handed off to a guy named Lucky. Lucky told me after another half hour of sitting that there is no business internet in my neighborhood and that I can only receive LTE. He then attempted 2 times and failed at just ordering my an iPhone for my business. The first fail was an "error" the second attempt was a process of the order he had rushed which he ended up not even ordering the correct phone I wanted. So I sat for close to three hours, left empty handed and didn't even get the phone that I wanted I was also told by Wendy and lucky that I would have my phone shipped to me in 2 days (after paying).. After reviewing an email/receipt it stated I wouldn't get my phone until 09/01/23. This has been the worst customer service experience I have had. Lack of effective communication, I felt like it was just about the sale and I had zero follow up until I had reached out after that experience. Again, nice people terrible experience.

We have been customers of Verizon for many, many years, and we love it. But this location never has enough help and you have to wait forever. This location is On rainbow and badura.

Came to this store hoping to see lots of phones on display for seniors. Was told they couldn't open the box to see them before purchase. How crazy is that?! It is a phone store right?!

Super rude staff. Unfriendly. Store was closing over forty five before their listed hours. Was told to “just come back another time. We can’t help today because we close in 45.” Unfortunately not everyone can just rearrange their hectic schedules to accommodate the needs of staff members seeking to get off early. Reconsidering having Verizon after the experience.

The worst. Just paid $1,400 in new phones. Verizon took a day and a half to transfer-no service for a day and a half. I asked for help transferring data from one phone to the other-at this store they wanted $30. The worst.
