Taryn, the store manager, helped out and went over all of our options to save us the most money. Then Jason, from Hawaii, took over. He was helpful, attentive and patient. He walked us through the process and gave us tutorials and tips on how to use our phones. Taryn and Jason (and Aiden) were fun and upbeat people who made the process really pleasurable. The store has a comfortable vibe as well.

I have been lied to and treated like shit at every Verizon location that I have ever been to except this one in Summerlin, Las Vegas. I have also been a customer for over 20 years.

Being here at this store, the store manager Taryn, was extremely helpful with the transition of switching my Flip Z for an S25 Ultra. I originally traded in my S22 for the Flip Z while in ND due to an unfortunate accident, but wasn't happy with my purchase. Taryn helped me switch over while she helped out other customers just by simply acknowledging them and appreciating their patience while helping me. Very multitasking and efficient. I don't see that a lot in customer service nowadays. Made it an extremely great visit and truly gave me the best of the best deals that I wasn't offered before. Highly recommend store and I'm not just saying that.
