Daniel provided Exemplarly Customer Service. He guided me to the appropriate vehicle charger for my phone by actually coming out to my Car and inspecting the port in my new Corolla. Danielle also made certain that my new charger was working.
He was Friendly, Welcoming and went Above and Beyond me in Assisting me. I had a piece of mind when leaving the store, as I was leaving on a Road trip the next day.

We are very happy we had Jared came to fix my phone. He's very professional yet friendly , very patient and even explained how we can get our bill get much lower if we go to Verizon program vs the current carrier we have. Considering it though.

I don’t recommend this location. I came to get a deal that was on special, the sales associate send me home with an item that wasnt part of the special promotion. And after I came back few times trying to tell him my account is getting over charged he tried to tell me something that’s not even true. Seemed to me he was trying to get extra sale. Also another older lady was in the store complaining that they sold her a phone that wasn’t on the promotion.
