This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I switched to Verizon and received 2 iPhone 14 Plus that I chose to pickup in store so I had them same day. I expected to walk in, get the phone and leave. The store associate Mike approached right away, super friendly and helpful. While he was getting our phones my daughter and I were looking at screen protectors, when he came back he told me if we decided to get the protectors I’d get 25% off and he would be happy to put them on the phones for me.From that moment on Mike went above and beyond! He put the protectors on, asked if I knew how to activate which I didn’t but thought I would figure out.. it wasn’t so easy! I had to call my old provider and get transfer pins, my Verizon account had to be activated. Mike was so knowledgeable, patient and really cared about us walking out all setup with working phones! He also got the manager to give me a bunch of credits off my first bill, informed me about a deal I was missing and told me exactly who to call and get those credits from. He is truly an asset to Verizon!He also set me up with the Verizon internet box, I get to try for 30 days free. If I can get rid of Cox $250 internet bill and keep the $55 a month box I’ll be even happier!Because of Mike and his incredible hospitality I couldn’t be happier with switching to Verizon! And if I have any trouble he gave me his work number to call anytime. I hope Verizon treats him as well as he treats their customers!

Verizon employees were very helpful. My wife and I purchased new cell phones with a greater storage capacity. Verizon transfered data from our old cell phones to our new phones. We chose to pay for these phones on our monthly Verizon bill over a 3 year period. We are very satisfied with our new phones and the services provided by Verizon.

Their prices for phones and rates was much higher than competitors but if service for Internet is available at your address they have I believe good prices

If you need help, don't waste time coming here. The ONLY thing they help you with here is buying a new phone. My phone stopped working, and I went in for help and their first answer was that I should have bought and iPhone. Super helpful.

I wonder why this store have 3 stars even though Verizon itself has really good offers. I recently switched through a door to door rep, all good and smooth, even the call rep was great. The only thing is I'd have to pick up the sim at the store. And there you go. This store just ruined the overall experience. The only reasons people write reviews are when they get a really good experience or a terrible one. Unfortunately, for me, this store gave me the later.

I went there to upgrade my phones to Samsung 23+ and showed the sales person a text from Verizon saying that they were free without having to upgrade my plan. The salesman said their information showed I had to upgrade my plan. He also tried to upsell me to get their internet. His price was considerably higher so I walked out. I called Verizon loyalty team and got everything I wanted including the 2 free upgraded phones and unlimited 5G data and will be paying $18 a month less than I currently pay. This is not a corporate store.

I wanted to switch to Verizon from ATT for my Business Needs. I was told this would be an easy streamlined process to switch over. I did get my approval quickly, but the problems occurred after my order was placed for new phones.The Business Sales Representative is the issue, I was told to call, text, or email for any and all help getting my account set up. Well after meeting him at the store to get the account started the communication started to get worse, it was taking a long time to get an initial reply, then the communications all stopped when I needed help getting my phones set up and numbers ported over. I was told to call business customer service and the number port team. Well, 3 days in a row sitting on the phone no one could find my account. Not my Tax ID, Temporary Phone Numbers, or Email. Today Saturday, March 4th I was able to get someone that could actually speak English on the phone. They informed me the entire order was set up wrong, the ports were all wrong and I was not a verified business with Verizon. I had to send in all my business documents again and start over on the order for porting, etc. after 4 more hours I was able to get 2 phones set up. I was told I would have a call back later to finish the account setup. This is very frustrating and time-consuming. I finally went to another corporate Verizon store and a sales rep there was able to help get the rest of my account set up and in touch with another rep on the business side on the phone to complete this order. So after 3 days and about 12 hours on the phone total, my accounts for my business are finally set up.

The customer service is absolute trash- you have 5 employees that are just standing around the table. They don't greet you when you walk in- instead they just stare at you. Can't even give a simple answer without having to look at the account.

Went in to see if they had an iPhone camera screen, which they did. Although they were training new staff (Angel), Xavier, Michael and Inova were great help. They even removed the old screen and installed the new one for me. Working retail can be a difficult and thankless job. Being nice seems to escape many people in people-facing jobs but I can say without reservation today, all the folks I interacted with were friendly, professional and fun. Thanks a lot crew!

useless location. waited ½ how to be told to dial customer service. then had to go home and fill out a document using a PC.recommend if you wish to stay with Verizon, take your number to new carrier, and come back
