Buy a t shirt for 2500$ in August we live in FL and Vegas I wear the shirt 2 times coming back to the store show the defect the salesman call the manager is name is usilis I think of course he got a attitude he feel he is God never come to us to explain and we are very good customers that spend a lot of money send the salesman to tell us there is nothing he can do we understand that we are not going to come there no more I hope someone from the head quarter will read and do something about this manager he shouldn't work there he should work in a grocery shop and believe me it's not about the money we go to Phillip plan and Gucci and LV spending a lot of money

I had the pleasure of visiting this Versace store, and I must say, the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most courteous and attentive staff. The store's ambiance exudes luxury and sophistication, perfectly reflecting the Versace brand.The products displayed are bit restricted though, I had to show on my phone what I wanted to buy (even if the item is part of the new collection).Otherwise, Dolores, the woman how helped me, went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Las Vegas.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!. I've been shopping at Versace for years now and I've never been treated so RUDELY before!. I was trying on differently clothes and shoes & took a picture to see which one looks best on me so I can purchase a whole outfit from head to toe. Supposedly the female "manager" with short black hair and glasses started throwing rude comments at me. She said, "I hope those pictures make you some money" and that I'm not allowed to see what the clothes look like on me in pictures so I can see all angles before purchasing. She also stated, "I don't think you can afford those"... little did she know I was about to purchase a whole outfit... So I just walked out :) no commission for her rude a*** Get a better manager!.

I especially appreciate Juan & how he went above and beyond to accommodate me throughout my experience. Very kind and even suggested items that suited my liking for sure. Nice selection, especially for men. Love that Alfonso wasn't pushy at all. He was helpful getting me the sizes I wanted, the. Just let me try then on without hovering over me.

Definitely the worst customer service ever encountered so disappointing for a luxury store who doesn’t know how to value their clients and have simple respect towards people who walk through those doors. Client advisors with disgusting attitude towards people is this what this brand is representing? Is this how you treat people who come to your store to help your company and store? If you plan on shopping at this location and see a Asian lady walk the other way because she will not only talk to you rolling her eyes but give you the worse attitude possible. When asked for her name wouldn’t even give it to me truly such a deflating experience.
