You have got to be kidding me. My wife spent $150 to get her nails done (in LA you can get your nails done for $35) and they did a horrible job. They even missed a spot. To add insult to injury, the rest of the spa was unremarkable.
How can a hotel of this caliber have such a pathetic spa? I want my money back.

I had such an incredible experience at Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam inside The Cosmopolitan.
I booked, last minute for sameday service, the CBD Tension Relief Bath with Danielle and the Hydrafacial with Elizabeth—both were fantastic. Danielle gave extra attention to my neck and shoulders, which have been bothering me for months, and I walked away feeling real relief. Elizabeth was a delight—upbeat, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations. Even though I was her last appointment of the day, she brought such a positive and professional energy.
The team as a whole made the experience special. Alexis provided a warm welcome at check-in and even offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Jasmine gave a lovely and informative tour of the facilities, which are gorgeous and tranquil. The next morning, Rahyne helped me purchase some of the skincare products Elizabeth recommended, which I really appreciated.
Overall, my visit was excellent—peaceful, restorative, and a true treat. Definitely a splurge for me but I highly recommend Sahra Spa for anyone looking for relaxation and top-quality service in Las Vegas.

We went for a couples massage for 75 mins and thought we would make a day out of it at the spa as it would be $720 for the service. This spa is not co-ed. There is a men’s section and women’s section. Each have their own hot tubs, sauna etc, if we were told we would not be spending the day together in the hot tub and steam room and sauna and had to be separate the entire time we never would have booked this. Complete waste of money

Went for my birthday, was hoping to spoil myself with a nice relaxing massage. There was no male attendant, I didn't even see anyone till it was time for my massage. Luckily I remembered how the lockers worked from the first time I went here. I did not get any sandals, and had to wear my own the whole time I was there.
When it came to the massage, they asked what area I wanted to be focused on. I said my neck, he maybe spent 10 minutes on my neck. Almost the whole massage was spent working on the arms and legs. I paid for an 80 minute massage, so there should have been plenty of time to focus on my neck like I requested.
For somewhere that claims to be a high end spa, they miss the mark on every aspect. I would have been better off going to massage envy. Would have spent way less money, and received the same service.

Treat yourself to a massage with Bianca, you won’t regret it! Hands down, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Her pressure was perfect, and you can immediately tell she’s not only highly skilled but also deeply in tune with your body’s needs. She creates such a calming and welcoming environment that it’s easy to relax the moment you walk in. Bianca’s attention to detail, intuitive touch, and genuine care make the entire experience feel both restorative and luxurious. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely recharged.

Came in for a 100 min $300 massage and ended up spending $10,300 for my massage. Mind you , I was the idiot to bring that much money with me but I would have never expected to have a thief open my locked locker and take from me. I brought a wad of cash to tip and brought my little bag which had 10k in a side pocket. I would normally never bring my bag but that bag had my contacts kit and I thought I may need it. Left the wad of cash next to the bag outside of the bag. This employee that went into my locker left the wad of cash so I wouldn’t notice right away. Took me a day later to realize my money was not in my bag and at that point I can’t do anything about it.

Had a fantastic massage with Mick. Then I relaxed in the spa for a few hours. Have some stressful events going on in my life and this was very healing. Very relaxing.

I booked an 80 minute massage with Bianca and she performed such a relaxing massage. The pressure was just right, her technique was experienced and everything that you look for in a therapist. After my massage, I had a wonderful gel manicure with Lisa. Lisa was a true expert in cosmetology and the fact that she does not use a drill is heavenly! The over all spa experience was exactly what you seek out when you visit a spa, perfection. The entire staff were attentive and very kind. Will book again my next time at the Cosmo. thank you everyone for a peaceful experience.

I very much enjoyed my time at the Sahra Spa. I booked side-by-side Balance & Harmony massages with my best friend for her birthday for the maximum time allowed. We arrived early, the woman who checked us into the spa and showed us around was friendly and lovely, and then we stripped down and got into the amazing, hot vitality pool. There are signs as you enter the clothing-optional area of the spa that tell guests no cell phone use is allowed, but as we were lounging in the vitality pool, there were several women on the lounge chairs with their phones out. It's not a great feeling to have strangers with their phones out when you're as bare as the day you were born, so I'd have appreciated it if the staff had gently reminded people of the rules. That's the biggest reason my review is a 4-star review (the other being that the actual facilities, like the cool mist room, are a little small).
After soaking in the pool, we were called for our massages, and those were otherworldly. My masseuse paid attention to tiny muscles I didn't even know I had, the hot stones felt wonderful, and being wrapped in warm blankets on the table made me feel like the most pampered newborn baby on Earth, lol.
After our massages, we lounged in the chairs near the vitality pool and were so relaxed that we fell asleep for an hour! I love that if you book a service, you can use the facilities all day. It was so worth it to be able to spend 5 hours in a peaceful place, without a care in the world. I definitely recommend the Sahra Spa, but maybe bring along a bathing suit, in case people are ignoring the rule about no cell phone use. It's pricey (our 2 massages were around $900), but you deserve to relax! ♥

Staff and massage therapist were amazing. Treatment room was fantastic. However if you are looking for spa hang out go elsewhere. Cool mist room was 100% broken. Sauna had a 1' diamater hole in ceiling exposing duct work so everything was escaping. Pool has a broken rain shower feature because only 10% of it actually sprays water. All the holes were clogged. I knew amenities were a bit basic compared to other spas but expected what they had to at least work.

The most luxurious spa experience we’ve ever had!

From start to finish, Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam was truly incredible. The check-in staff were so welcoming, explained everything clearly, and guided us through the beautiful space with ease.
My husband and I both had massages—his included the hot stone add-on—and we both agreed they might be the best massages we’ve ever had. The staff even warmed our robes, so we could relax afterward in cozy comfort.
Between treatments, we waited in a gorgeous relaxation area with a peaceful indoor waterfall. The whole spa felt serene and beautifully designed.
We followed our massages with facials—we both did HydraFacials, and I also added dermaplaning. My facialist was phenomenal: warm, professional, and truly made me feel pampered throughout.
We only wish we remembered the names of our massage therapists and estheticians, because they were all amazing. This spa is a must-visit if you’re looking to relax and feel completely cared for. We can’t wait to return!

Massage was nice. Ambience was nice. The host Jurissa was very sweet, nice to talk to, and very accommodating. However the amenities weren’t that great and the spa is quite small. Wonderful and friendly staff!! Decent experience but will not return.

Hands down to the best spa in Las vegas. Everyone was so welcoming that you can immediately start feeling super relaxed. Shout out for Ella, the most amazing and skilled massage therapist I've ever met! She delivered exactly what I needed, perfect pressure and delightful conversations as well. If you need to get pampered for the best in every way, come to this place. Look forward to my next session!

Brides beware! I had my hair done here (supposed to be “Hollywood waves”) for my wedding and it was a total waste of time and money! Upon check-in I was left waiting 15 min after my 1 hr appt time. After reminding the front desk I was even there they went and got my stylist…again. 20 min into my appt I was seated. They offered me mimosas and I asked for a coffee. Stylist disappeared another 10 min. Why are their stylists getting drinks when there are 4 people at the front desk milling around? Now 30 min into my appt time, she came back with no coffee, apparently coffee machine was broken. Wasn’t offered anything else and I didn’t want to ask because I told the stylist we should get started so I don’t run late. She told me it would be quick. Well it was. The top was teased but not smoothed so it looked ratty. Asked her to fix it. She did from the front but she didn’t show me the back or sides at the end with a mirror. I had a bridal comb, she put it in backwards and it fell out by time I got back to my room. I had to put it back in and secure it myself. All the “Hollywood waves” were completely gone within an hour leaving just a matted mess at my crown and a ridiculous amount of hairspray leaving my hair stiff and unsaveable the day of. My pictures came back showing this horrible rats nest with stringy hair from every angle and I am so devastated. I get compliments on my hair all the time and I felt it looked its worst on my wedding! I would have been better doing it myself. Brides, steer clear of this place if you want your hair down!
