Ok store, cashiers are generally friendly enough, prices are high. However they need to speak to the tall skinny guy who runs through the store with a pallet jack full of bottled water. I’ve personally seen him nearly run over at least 4 or 5 people in the last month as he apparently feels that getting water or bagged ice across the store is more important than not running over someone or getting in the way of people trying to shop.

I went to this von on the 6 of January. When I went shopping I brought a sweet potato pie. When I got home ready to eat the pie. I saw it was mildew up under the label. Even though I plan on returning the pie., I see it's more mildew over the pie the next day, gross. We also couldn't shop for the meat there. It was already going to expire the same day and some meat expires a few days after. I don't think I'll be shopping at this vons again smh.

EMPLOYEES. STOP RESTOCKING ITEMS FROM CARTS UNTIL THE CART IS UNATTENDED FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES. Vons spends so much money advertising just to have employees disrupt the sale right before the customer gets to the point of sale.

Came to Vons to buy produce- they charge WAY more than WholeFoods for non organic haha. And encounter multiple employees who seemed like they were in another universe. Very weird store

I frequent this store and everyone is very nice, especially the baggers. However, one exception is one clerk who was a total jerk and possibly needs a break since he clearly deflected his unhappiness with his rude attitude towards us as we had him ringing up $470 worth of groceries. It was a lot more work than he’s probably been used to doing, I get that, but, it makes Von’s look pretty sad as far as customer service goes. Maybe reading the book called creating wow moments would help? It has helped many other companies to create a wow moment for their customers, and employees that need education on how to bring customers back, and create customer loyalty.
Why on earth would I want to revisit this store when there are others that offer the same products and with hospitality?

I shopped here frequently for a few years. As of recently, the stores service and stock in the meat department and deli have been a little lacking luster very light in product, not as clean!!! Disappointed Managing, employees seem dismissed?

I love this store and the workers. The one thing negative is their grab and go shoppers. Every time I do a pick up order, my produce is ALWAYS bad!! I've made a few calls, but nothing changes. They always credit me back, but I obviously needed those items. Their shoppers grab whatever, there's no pride in selecting produce for customers. If they wouldn't eat it, don't put it in my bag!!! I do not recommend doing a pick up order with ANY produce. It's frustrating and infuriating.

I don't know whats going on with their Guest care/money services, but every time we are gonna send money through Western union or make a payment, the cashier always says that it is not working. So it sucks. ???

Love their wine. They have Chloe. That’s my favorite. I can’t find it anywhere else. The staff is nice too.
