This place is the grocery store from hell. First off, it reeks. Secondly, the staff is rude. It’s also like they are in a race with time (and the customer) to stock the very exact area in which I need to shop. Someone is busy stocking the vegetables, cool, I’ll shop around and come back. But then I go to another section and here comes another worker racing with their cart to (seemingly) beat me to the punch. Then the cash registers are EMPTY… probably because they have all their staff “STOCKING” (I use that loosely because it looks more like standing by) THE SHELVES. So I’m forced to go to self checkout. The staff at the self checkout doesn’t speak to you, only when they feel like it. Then the screen says “assistance needed” and the staff is too busy chatting, so when I finally flag one down, they come over passive aggressively and talk to me about how to work the self checkout as if it’s my first day on the job and I need to be trained. Save your MONEY and yourSELF by going to Smith’s. I’d even consider Walmart over this dump.

The staff is nice and the store is clean. Usually checkout is quick. But the prices are absolutely insane, even with a club card. Half of the "deals" require buying 3-4 of the same item. Anyone doing most of their grocery shopping here is getting ripped off big time.
Update: Item I used to buy here has almost doubled in price within the last 30 days. Price went from $2 to $2.50 (stopped buying) and now it's $3.50... still $2 at Smith's. I only go here if absolutely necessary now.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are always friendly.. the flowers are beautiful! Prices are just way too high. Only reason I ever shop here is because it’s near my work

I was at the meat department and was patiently waiting to get the butchers attention to ask a question about the meat. There was no customer waiting and I was the only one there. The two employees in the back just ignore me and was just talking to each other. After minutes of waiting, I started to saying hello to get their attention. After saying hello multiple times, one of the guy finally turned around and gave me an attitude and ask what do I want in an angry tone.
I asked where can I find the specific meat I was looking for and he told me in a negative tone, 'in front of you, you don't see it?'. When I was looking at the meats, he started to give negative comment about me to his co-worker and I overheard him.
Very unprofessional and rude.

I went to the ATM and he gave me out 20s then I asked the customer service desk if I could change my 20s into hundreds, and she said she didn’t have any but being a wife from an assistant manager from a grocery store that’s a damn lie.

Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this store. We spent 150 in groceries only for the produce to go bad within 2weeks. Onions are moldy and gross. What a waste

They have a meat department that won’t grind meat? Not a happy shopper. Try Albertsons on Durango! Happy employees and fantastic management. For the prices they should be very customer oriented. Even other Vons locations.

Online orders are always delivered with everything in them, the self check out lines are quick, there's easy grab-n-gp meals. The prices here aren't the cheapest, buy no where nearly as expensive as most places.

Service here is hit or miss. They prefer you to go to self check out and then when u need their help, they act like it’s an issue. Folks just don’t want to wrk anymore and it’s sad. Luckily there was a nice African American lady that saved the day. She’s the only reason for the extra two stars. Other lady was clearly just there for the paycheck.

The Vons at Sky Pointe has become our primary place to purchase our groceries. The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. In particular, the checker named Vi is wonderful. ALWAYS helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the store as well as any sales or clip and save items. Vi is a true asset to the store. We always look to see if Vi is there at check stand #5. Thank you Vi for your outstanding service!
