This place is very clean. Staff not so friendly. Accidently left my chocolate milk in self checkout and went back in to get but someone already took it. When I asked the associate, she acted like I was lying. Felt disrespected!

Love this market. Unfortunately they closed the one on Durango and Boca park. All their employees are friendly and helpful and their products are fresh. Employees are always stocking empty selves. You'll find brands not available at Smiths or Albertsons.

The other day, my wife mentioned a homeless person accosted her near the entrance and she didn't want to go to vons anymore. I went to vons today around 6.30p and I was also accosted by a large homeless person and felt uncomfortable. I did call vons but the manager was not in and didn't see any security while in vons.

Horrible. I attempted to order something through the app for delivery, and went to chat with customer service on the Vons app. They told me they would call me in thirty minutes and really cared. Unfortunately, customer service was never intending to help me or to follow through with her intentions. Bravo. I'll never get delivery through you or Albertsons ever again. Not that you really care. You wasted my time.

Simply the best perishable departments. The Buyers for Vons are very good at their jobs. Yes, it is more expensive to shop there. But you get what you pay for and I’m grateful to have the option to purchase higher quality products.
