I used to get my gas and convenience items here religiously, but over the past year, here in Las Vegas, different Chevrons have drastically different customer service.
I own a huge van, so filling up on gas every week is a huge expense.
Customer service is why I remain loyal to a business and I was a very happy Chevron's customer for many years.
Chevron is overpriced, but I continued to stay because I appreciated the customer care.
After several disappointing interactions with staff around Las Vegas, as well as locations that were dirty, trash always full, no windshield fluid for weeks at a time, employees outside smoking weed telling me I have to wait for their break to end before they will help me, etc, (this didn't happen everywhere, but enough to change my opinion), this was not the Chevron I knew, so I decided the easiest thing to do was to take my business elsewhere.

It seems like every time I go there, they are closed. 10:30 am. Closed. 2:00 pm. Closed. It's the closest gas station to my house. Just wish they would be open.

Not the safest location by all means but truly a great value for fuel.If you shop at Vons or any of their sister companies, you can utilize your points for discounts off of gas.Worth a visit if you can't make it to a Costco Gas Station.I wouldn't hesitate to drop by when in town.

Computer were down, but the clerk never said a word. He had to be asked instead of telling us that they were down and we couldn't purchase gas

Rude, unknowledgeable and disorganized women at the counter. Manager is worse no customer service or problem solving skills. High prices, limited selection, rude staff. Save your self the time and aggravation and go anywhere else.
