Happened to see a man trying to blow up his car tire using his oxygen, I was so thrilled with seeing this as it was the first time I had ever actually questioned if God was real or not because it thrilled me so much to to see that there will always be somebody stupider out there which means excitement and fun and a never ending longing for the next stupidest person, could be tomorrow could be tonight but God is it going to be hard to top this one this dudes face neck shirt pants were covered in dirt from the tire , wish I had my phone at the moment would of took q picture of him for you guys I know you guys would've appreciated it..

5 star gas station simply because they don't play those obnoxious ads that other gas stations do while you fill your tank

They spent the whole summer with a broken fridge and they never fix it. No cold beverages available, that was incredible! Also, cero empathy if some problem happens in the gas station, they don’t care of frequent customers

Attention Management: Why do the employees in your Meat/Butcher department hate helping people?? They all act they hate their job, ESPECIALLY the brunette female who makes the rudest comments every time like shes going out of her way. I even try to talk extra gentle to get her to soften up but it doesn't help..,. How she still works there is unbelievable. The others are not great either but that woman tops all of them in bitterness. I never have issues with anyone in the Deli Or Bakery dept... those employees are always friendly and happy to help. The staff in the butcher dept need to be retrained in customer service skills.The other issue is with the checkout lines. No matter what time of the day or day of the week, there is always only ONE full service checkout lane. Not everyone wants to do self-checkout when they have a cartful of groceries. I feel this the new normal, it wasn't like this 3 years ago. I am not a yelp reviewer that likes to leave low reviews unless I feel super strongly about it or have encountered the same repeated issues that I know can be worked on. This is criticism intended to help improve the store.... If management makes an effort to work on its weaknesses.

like this place but what times does it open ? it's always a hit and mix when I come around this time 615am it can be closed today but the next day it's open.

the market was nice and clean except for my experience with teenisha... she was a real bee eye tee cee h with me... very bad customer service and very rudeI even saw her make an employee clock out for sending one text while she was changing bags. i want to give a 0 star just because of her.the other workers are nice and kind and make themselves approachable. every time i come to the store i feel uncomfortable to bag my groceries with this lady so i do self checkout instead. this lady is so mean itseems like shes missing something in her life she acts like shes misserable to work there. my experience at vons has been upsetting me for days and im switching albertsons permanently there is no reason anyone should feel uncomfortable while grocery shopping. id consider going back to this store if this lady was fired.

I wish I could give the neighborhood Vons a higher rating because shopping here is convenient due to location and the savings on the mobile app, but man, some of their employees can be really rude. Especially the lady in the meat department. When she's working the counter, sometimes I don't even want to approach her for help because I know she's just going to be upset that I bothered her. I'm starting to think it might be personal at this point because today she refused to acknowledge my existence and spoke over my head to my husband behind me, despite me attempting to interact with her and answer her question on if we were getting anything else aside from tuna and salmon. And then she picked the tiniest piece of salmon I'd ever seen in their cases and wrapped it up without a word. Always such an awkward, "is this actually happening" sort of vibe but she always seems to be there on Sundays so it's tough to avoid her unless we end up going a different day or even switching our grocery store altogether.

My husband did the grocery shopping for me today. Among the items I requested some Jack cheese. The deli people had never heard or seen anything but pepper Jack. Seriously!? He searched the specialty cheeses and couldn't find any either. So to finish up the rest of the shopping I asked him to get some "bib" lettuce. He couldn't find it and apparently the person in produce had never heard of it. This is getting old. Where were these people trained? They have no life experience? No common sense nor customer service skills, that's go sure.

0/5 Stars . I went to this vons for the first time on my way home this evening. Picked up some groceries, get home & open up a microwaveable Mac and cheese. The refrigerated kind, not the frozen dinners. I get home, ready to whip up some dinner & go to heat up the side dish Mac n cheese. I vent the corner & BOOM. Green mold. Expires in July! It's the 4th of June so why is it moody already?? That's disgusting & ruined my appetite. Never shopping here again. GROSS. The service? I rang myself up. No cashiers in site.

Less busy than smiths across the street usually, so that's a pro. Sadly bought this ice cream and it's discolored. Probably melted and was refrozen for sale.
