This particular location has its pros and cons. The employees here are always super friendly! They have no problem assisting you should you need it. They also have a FedEx package pick up located inside. Very convenient. The negative side is they do nothing at all about the homeless that congregate outside. There are constantly people asking for money as you walk in. And they can be pretty forceful about wanting your money. They are strategically positioned by the front doors so you have to pass them. They also hang out at the rear of the building. Several times the homeless have turned on the outside water to use as a shower. If the store would do something about that problem, they would get a higher rating from me. Customer Service - 9/10Cleanliness outside - 6/10Cleanliness inside - 6/10Homeless issues - HORRIBLE! 0/10

Tracy was a disappointment. I've been to many Walgreens and loaded my card but she was only able to load it once. Where typically I can load twice. I also asked if I could load a 2nd card instead complete different card and she said no. I'm just trying to get my rent paid and she made it difficult.

Don't waste your time coming here, they close way earlier than what the sign on the door says and employees don't care. I will never ever EVER come back to this Walgreens

Worst pharmacy ever! I have had bronchitis for 11 days now, my dr sends my prescriptions there but they say my insurance isn't my primary. I call my insurance and they confirm they are my primary.

If I could only give zero start I would. f*** this place. They gave me a call that my prescription is ready. I waited 30 minutes at drive thru so I went inside to wait in the line again only for them to tell me it's not ready yet and I have to wait for an hour. Sickening. Didn't even hear an apology or explanation why they left me a voicemail that its ready.

I love the people at this pharmacy! This place is always very busy. But they ( the Pharmacist and every Pharmacy Tech) seem relaxed, not rushed. With medications being delivered and a long line of people waiting and phones ringing... I've noticed how they purposely take the time to really listen to the customer. In my nearly 2 years of using this pharmacy I have always been a satisfied customer. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy staff at Boulder/ Fremont \\u0026 Sahara! Edit Aug 16, 2021 The usual daytime pharmacist, I think his name is Jude, has been just rude to me. At first I thought it was not me specifically. But I had observed him treating other customers very kindly.. friendly. A couple of months ago I called to get the status of a prescription. When he answered the phone I stated my name and said... I would like to know if I can pickup my prescriptions today. He said... No!, and the call disconnected. This was only one of many interactions I have had with this pharmacist. Rather than argue with him and raise my voice, which would lead to me being told to not return again, I just decided to let it go. Make no mistake, however. I will speak my mind, whether anyone likes it or not. But the pharmacy assistants have been very nice to me. And I did not want to change any positive feelings they might have had toward me. So recently I had my prescriptions transferred to CVS Pharmacy. Sorry Walgreens. But I think someone should have a talk with their pharmacist, Jude. Or maybe it will happen after Walgreens Pharmacy has lost many more customers. Not my problem anymore. I still think very highly of the rest of the employees in the pharmacy. They all get 5-stars. Jude gets 0-stars with me. I might go back to this Walgreens if CVS Pharmacy does not have a prescription I need. Maybe... ?

First of all, they told us they Ran a prescription that my husband had under our insurance but we have two Blue Cross for shields. They told us that the insurance won't cover his prescription we had to pay full price. So we got the prescription paid full price and then I called my insurance company. The insurance company said they never tried to run the insurance.. so then after a week we went back to try to get our money back and they said because it was a week old they couldn't give us our money back. So really??? It's not funny we have to pay full price for some thing that our insurance company covers the last 30 years, same insurance company always covers .. second of all every single time I go to refill my monthly hydrocodone they're always out for at least a week. It's not their fault but why is there such a shortage in this country and Walgreens is the only place that's shorted out?. Idk.. weird At least everybody there at the store is nice very nice but yes Walgreens as a corporate whole, is not good even back in Illinois they were terrible.. Time to change pharmacies..

Mostly good, still unhappy that they refused to give me the booster shot for covid and said I didn't qualify when I am over 70, diabetic . I didn't know the the person and he had no idea of my details to base his personal decision on.

They have very poor customer service greeting and problem solving skills. Just all around terrible experience service and assistance in all aspects of the business. So to the manager, corporate and all eras of your business please consider getting training for all staff from front to back house for the em betterment of business for customer and a business period it's not fair to us as customer to be treated inconvenience or treated in the manor we are and with several complaints and nothing is being done or has changed so hopefully who ever reads these reviews will take charge and make the changes made for better business and customer satisfaction as a company for your customer who keep you in business who is and should always be the priority as we keep you open and in business so with all do respect that is given as a valued customer please make the changes that are needed for better business. Thank in advance.
