The pharmacy is an absolute mess. They constantly remove prescriptions if it's "not in stock" without any notice or contact. I have even had a woman who told me when I called regarding a prescription "come in tomorrow- I'm by myself and I can't help you" and hung up! Very disorganized and won't be using this Walgreens again.

The pharmacy reps are awful and the worst customer service ever every time I go and pickup medication it's never ready when they say and the communication between the workers is a fail they don't pass over notes to each other about the customers (SAYS: the pharmacist) I worked at alot of places and at the end of my shift I pass on notes for the next person or in the customer notation area in the computer my father been a member with walgreens for Years and never had this much issues BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER PLACES AND WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS AND HOW YOU TREAT THE ELDERLY AND FILLING THIER MEDICATION THIS IS WHAT KEEPS THEM ALIVE AND YALL DONT TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO IS REALLY SHAMEFUL I LIVE TO CARE FOR THE ELDERLY AND I WILL STAND UP TO WHAT IS RIGHT AND YOU GUYS AINT RIGHT JUST BECAUSE WE LIVE IN THE HOOD YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT IF
I HAVE TO GIVE A ATTITUDE TO GET MEDICATION FILLED IN 10MIN BECAUSE YOU TRIED TO MAKE ME WAIT AN HOUR? AND I BEEN WAITING FOR A DAY AND A HALF FOR MY FATHER MEDS THEN FEED ME EXCUSES AND NOT OWNING UP FOR YOUR WRONG DOING MAKING ME FEEL LIKE IM THE PROBLEM

I went to get my medicine through the driveway but the staff was was very unprofessional. I gave my information and they still didn't give me the medicine. I had to go into the store and no manger was available!. To help

Absolute horrible experience with the drive thru staff. After intentionally asking my sister to wait and helping a car that had pulled up to the window in front of hers while we waited 15 min she then asked to please assist her first as in she was there first and patient. The drive thru clerk then proceeded to tell her they were not helping her and not giving her the psych medicine she needed. After causing her to have a full panic attack the manager then started to tell her in front of me they won’t service her or move her medication to a different pharmacy who has a little bit of a better attitude after this inconvenience. This pharmacy has caused. She then proceeded to take action and handle things in the way she thought was best, which I’m very proud of her about never go to this pharmacy do yourself a favor, especially knowing that you’re sick and you already don’t feel good and go somewhere where people are going to treat you kind and actually give you the help you deserve, so get rid of the drive-through and replace them with people who are representation of Walgreens

I’m from TN 37075 & Walgreens is absolutely the best, but Nellis/E Sahara 89142 Pharmacy Holy Mother of difference. The tech/cashier at the Pharmacy wasn’t pleasant & practically unapproachable. God forbid asking a question. Why call & leave a message saying the prescriptions are READY when it’s NOT complete. I suppose, I should just be grateful for the crumbs that were given ?

We called for a prescription medication on June 25 and got told that they did not have that medication. Later on they told us to check other walgreens to see if they had the medication in stock but the other locations also did not have it as well. We got told that in order to have the medication changed to another available medication in stock the doctor had to call and we let the hospital know. We told this location that if they get the change in medication to let us know and they said they would call but ended up never calling us back at all. So not only did they not communicate in order to help us change the medication they as well did not help us find out if other stores had what we were looking for.

This Walgreens apparently is open 24 hours, but this is not the first time in a week that they are closed. Apparently short staff!
So if you don’t want to waste your time call them first, because they will still advertise to be open 24 hours when they not ??

The ladies working in the pharmacy are rude dont wanna work or get these medications out in a proper amount of time. Keep up this work ethic or lack thereof. Im sure im not the only one wanting to transfer all RX's to CVS because of this!!!!

I’m upset because the discount I was told was applied is not showing on my receipt! Plus, it was $50 more than what I was told when I dropped prescription off! I even asked her if the discount was applied. Lying pos!
