I was not a particular fan of walgreens prior to my visit yesterday. I have to say the pharmacy staff were working so hard to keep up with the line and people waiting for vaccines. I was in Awe! on how they were handling everything with only 4 people. Talk about multitasking! All the while maintaining their composure.

Go to CVS. Pharmacy staff lost. 100% disabled veteran I've had zero issue jetting meds at CVS. Walgreens couldn't figure it out or care to assist.

Worst Pharmacy ever.Last week went to pick up a prescription. Went up to counter after waiting in line. Mind you, there is a giant piece of plexiglass between you and the people behind the counter. Blue haired girl behind counter told me to step back four feet! What? This wasn't even during "Covid" "pandemic". Umm....I still have to come to counter to pay and pick up prescription. She was just plain rude.Today tried to pick up prescription. Came at 1:40 pm -closed, on lunch. Why don't they stagger lunch times for workers when there are several behind counter? Okay, came back a few hours later. 3 people in line. They kept going to people in drive thru even the ones that kept pulling up after the people who had been waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Either have one dedicated person at window, or wait on people inside the store waiting before people to lazy to come in store. People waiting several minutes in line should be your priority. I will be taking my business to CVS. So over their bs.Also, a man pandering for money and loitering outside store standing right in front of sign that states "No pandering or loitering, violators will be prosecuted". As a single woman, I felt unsafe.

I don't know what the fuss is about. This location offers drive through as well as in-store service and like many drug stores---your service mileage all depends on traffic and demands placed on staff at any particular time. Guess I've been lucky with coming in at the right times because I've never had to wait in line for longer than a few minutes.

I walked in and was greeted by a high-spirited bubbly woman named Anika.Anika assisted me with a few other purchases and offered me samples for some new ones to try.Janet was at the register, and she assisted me with an electronic device and then rang me up. Both Anika and Janet were great. They are the reason I enjoy going to this store and location

This is the closest location to me where I can drop off Fedex packages. It's fast and convenient. It can even be done on Thanksgiving. I've also been here a few times for regular item shopping. Definitely take your Fedex packages here.

Writing this review while waiting. I used to love getting my prescriptions here but the service declined tremendously. They used to be very helpful but now they just see you as a number. I was being helped by Shelly and she did not verify the number of prescriptions I was picking up. I know better to check and was missing the most important prescription. I know this location is busy but in my opinion if they get it the first time then customers does not have to wait. I came today to pick up as I got a text that prescriptions are ready.Came back to the counter and waited for Shelly to finish with the customer. Then when I walked up she walked away and pretended to not see me. I heard her say something not nice and totally ignored me. If she was going on break, she should have said something instead of turning her back. Evelyn came and helped me. That's the reason why I don't go to Walgreens anymore. I'd rather have it delivered. Next time I need to pick up a prescription it will be on another pharmacy, there's a lot nearby.

I recently visited because of the fed ex drop-off (for work), but when I couldn't find tracking information for over three days after I visited, I decided that I wouldn't be going here again for that reason (it's just better to go to an actual Fed Ex store). I was in line for about five minutes before getting any help. Still has a Photo department. The drive-thru for the pharmacy is always so crowded, about five cars deep, at least. There were many customers inside the night I visited. Checkout is at the front of the store. The ATM machine is also located at the front, very close to the entrance/exit door. Not sure if that is safe.Located on the corner of Flamingo and Buffalo, I can see why going to this store is convenient. Has drinks, food, seasonal candy, greeting cards, beauty and health department, as well as paper products. When I was a kid, in Northern California, going to Walgreens was almost a weekly thing.

Stood waiting for 15 minutes while the gentleman at the register paged twice to get me some assistance. The manager stood at the front of the store talking to someone then walked away with out even asking if I needed help. There is a reason I started shopping at CVS.

This pharmacy is the worst. They sent me a text saying my prescriptions are ready , went there to pick them up, then they said they made a mistake come back tomorrow. So I went back today and they said it would not be available till tomorrow. Both times I waited over 20 minutes to find out they lied.

The pharmacy techs here are beyond incompetent. Thank goodness for great pharmacists who double check things. 1-I called in the insurance information only to have the tech enter it all wrong. The pharmacist had to enter it in after. I would have just paid had he not asked if I had insurance because I thought it was already entered from earlier. I had 3 prescriptions I was picking up for my father, so I didn't question the $35 amount. After insurance, it was only $7. 2-I received a text that the meds were ready and went an hour later only to be told that one still wasn't ready and would be another 30 minutes. 3-The tech told me I had 4 medications. This is after I gave her the name, DOB, and address verification. Turns out she pulled up my dad plus another person with the same name. I found out from the pharmacist why she told me there were 4 meds instead of the 3. That's really scary that she would have given me meds for someone else. Turns out that the address they had on file was 5 years old, yet she didn't question me when the address I gave her didn't match. The pharmacist is the one who re-verified with me. 4- The drive thru line was 6 cars deep. The inside line was just as long. I rarely come to this location but it's really close to my house and my family will use it for the last minute sick meds rather than our monthly maintenance meds we get elsewhere. In summary, try to go to any other pharmacy. Between the long lines and the tech trying to potentially kill you by giving you someone else's meds, I would recommend going somewhere that doesn't have overworked pharmacists that potentially could also make a mistake because they have to pick up the slack for the incompetent techs.
