Always a huge line with slow or absent cashiers.

The only reason Im giving a 3 star is because I enjoy the interactions with the cashiers and floor staff. They are so lovely. The pharmacy on the other hand is a different story. Its a shame how a couple of bad apples can spoil the whole bunch. There is one girl inparticular in the pharmacy who is so nasty and rude, I dont even know why she chose a job to be around people who are coming to her for help in the first place! Medication is serious and people who work in that field should have some sort of bedside manner!! How she still has a job is beyond me!! She actually made me cry twice!! I havent even gone to pick up my script in 2 weeks and its ready. That says something!! Get her out of there!! Once I identify her name I will post it for you and I will call corporate. Im not one for anyone getting terminated, but in this case, she needs to reevaluate her career choice.

I have been going to Walgreens on 9300 Sahara for a couple of years and have never had any problems with my prescriptions. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to have surgery, my husband went to Walgreens to get my medicine and they gave him such a hard time. asking him why I did not go and pick up the medicine myself. he told them that I had just come out of the hospital and they said it was no excuse. pharmacist was extremely rude to him even asking him why our last names were different! seriously? we have been married for 35 years and I have never used my husbands last name but because a pharmacist doesnt want to give him my medicine I am supposed to change it? the dr even wrote it in the notes that my husband would be picking up the prescription and they still made him wait for over an hour. will definitely be changing pharmacies.

Pharmacist guy was extremely rude. He made me feel like an idiot for calling to ask if my prescription was in stock and acted as if I was asking too much by asking him to check if it were in stock anywhere else.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 100...I WOULD. The pharmacist, Matthew W., was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. He spoke to me in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner without provocation. His comments and attitude were uncalled for. And he refused to apologize. Worst pharmacist ever!!!! He alone, will be the cause of customers changing pharmacies.

I've been getting medicine for about 30 years now and I have to honestly say that this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. You should have to leave a building empty handed and mad when all you want is your medicine. I'm taking my business elsewhere

The level of rudeness and lack of accountability for the pharmacy manager is ridiculous. I have used this Walgreens for 12 years, faithfully and unfortunately since the new manager has taken over, my medication is always late and never ready because she refuses to fill or order it until the day it's due. I go for to my doctor every month and receive my prescriptions at the same time to be submitted although now I am a month behind on one medication because she will not order it until day it's to be filled which puts it anywhere from 2-6 days later. Then she tells me it's my fault because I am putting the order in early... which I am not because I have to get my prescriptions at the same time as my doctor visit. Being disabled, I do not have time to run to doctors office every week for each individual prescription.Matt and the previous staff were always excellent and beyond professional and efficient although (I believe her name was Harmony?) was so rude and condescending on the phone that i will likely after 12 years leave this Walgreens for the one on Desert Inn or go CVS.Walgreens, you need to address all these complaints on this specific pharmacist. You are destroying the trust of your patients.

Pharmacist is terrible. Extremely rude, incompetent, and disrespectful to patients. Clearly violating title 18 in the administration of services and lacks the ability to provide services to the professional level of care required by law.

Poor attitude of pharmacist and assistants. They do not call doctor offices to refill prescriptions and you do not find out the prescription is not filled until you arrive to pick it up and it's not ready and have to wait at least another day or more!

Walgreens has become the worst Pharmacy in the city because of the Pharmacy customer service. They make you wait on the phone 25- 40 minutes on the phone & in the dtive thru. & their excuse is they are short handed. The pharmacy help are totally rude and incompetent. The blame lands on the pharmacist, if he cannot train & control his help he should be replaced. Hopefully the corporate will wake up & get control before they loose all the customers to smaller independent pharmacies. Walgreens used to be great but now they are at the bottom.

With 6 people behind the counter the pharmacy doesn't bother to answer the phone. They act like they are doing you a favor to have you as a customer. This pharmacy is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. Moving my perceptions to another pharmacy based on the recommendation of the rude pharmacist.

Pharmacist and counter people are on there own. They move slow and give plenty of attitude. My medicine was ordered yesterday and they accepted the order. Counter girl said something about insurance and nothing was ready. Insulin needles were ordered last week and today pickup was high powered pain medication for severe neuropathy and lumbar denervation. I am in severe and disabling pain. I was not the least bit happy with being told to come back later. I struggle to walk and am waiting on a power wheel chair. The pharmacist refused to serve me which I will call MALPRACTICE. She and Walgreens can and will be held liable. Intentional infliction of pain as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress, not accidental.I file pro se and en pauperis, in Federal court. They are very accommodating to a pro se, en pauperis, disabled person. Been there and done that. They assemble a legal team or pay up, usually pay, cheaper.Supposedly she called the police on me, aka, IIED. I asked why and she said because I insulted her. I didn't understand her when she was screaming at me, so I said, was that English? I've had Spaniards yell at me in Spanish. Not sure if allegedly insulting someone is police business?I have filed several actions pro se and it doesn't take much to get past the clerk at Federal Supreme. I sit in bed all day at my laptop without proper medication, completely helpless. Plenty of time to type a summons and complaint.I'm done being abused because I am disabled. Hate the sin and not the sinner, SLOTH. I'm thinking 35k and a mark on the pharmacists record for malpractice. She shouldn't be allowed to go quietly.I am in 9/10 pain, no nutrition, no nothing. Going to Walgreens this morning for nothing, has exhausted me physically and mentally I have to wait for the police to come.Pharmacy has cameras, show the video, I'll be fine.I have diabetes, chronic kidney disease, chronic disabling pain, high blood pressure, and all the rest. I am what is considered a great pharmacy customer, very Ill, lol.Next pharmacy, oh well.
