Love this Walgreens. I’ve had my COVID, flu and pneumonia vaccines and the technicians are wonderful! I also buy my prescriptions here and they have provided efficient and timely service! Thank you Walgreens!

Ariel should be fired. Hes either working under the influence or just plain terrible at his job. He had my girlfriend’s prescription in his hands and set it on the counter to say he has to look for another prescription for 30 whole minutes. And while we were waiting in line he did the same thing to a lady in front of us. He shuffled through the same shelves SIX TIMES. (I counted) He gave me attitude after he realized both of my girlfriend’s prescription bottles were in the same one bag, and I asked him “so everything is in this one package?” Unprofessional, and deserved to be told off on the spot.

Absolute worst pharmacy in the country. There’s always at least a 30 minute wait. CVS or any pharmacy should offer 2 star service and get this entire customer base!

I want to thank & recognize Larry, a Walgreen pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist, at 385 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, LV. I was redirected to said location to pick up an Rx that was unavailable at my normal pharmacy.
I was there on Sunday morning, 8/18/24 around 10:35 am, Larry was alone at the counter & there were 5 others ahead of me.
1. Larry was efficient (ie, no wasted motions; every time he left, he always came back with an Rx or answers for the customers).
2. He was professional, friendly & answered all questions patiently and always with a smile!
3. When i reached the counter at 10:50 am, unbeknown to me, my prescription had already been filled by the E. Silverado Pharmacist (my pharmacy had called E Silverado at 10:15 am, so yah, very fast response time- GREAT!). After hearing my explanation, Larry quickly found my Rx then handed it to me with no additional wait time!!
So all in all, it was a pleasant experience; thanks to Larry & the E Silverado Ranch Pharmacist!

If I could give them no stars I would. Because this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. So slow always a line and very rude pharmacist. And let's not forget about how they never have your medicine ready on time.

I have almost always have exceptional service with this pharmacy. My doctors call in my prescriptions, Walgreens notifies me the status while they are working on it, then notifies me when it's complete and ready to pick up. And have received several vaccines here. The window rep has always been pleasant and accommodating. I think you're wonderful!! Good job!

Definitely the worst pharmacy in my experience. Recently, had to wait for 20 minutes at drive through pick up for someone to first pay attention to me waiting. Today got hung up on twice when calling to find out my prescription status, both times after staying on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. This was the last straw, definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I hate this pharmacy. It a joke to get prescriptions over to them or even transferred out. THEN when I did a refill on a prescription, they cancelled it and didn't give me any reason as to why it was cancelled. I'm pissed and this place is a joke.
