Went here last night around 7pm. Surprisingly not busy. The store was well-stocked and organized. They sell souvenirs at a competitive price.
I found what I came in to buy. However, the cashier didn’t even ask if I was a member and just rang the purchase through and the store was not even busy at all. Oh well.

I’m sure this store deals with their share of drama, but it doesn’t mean check out employees need to be rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I watched the lady given attitude to every person that went in front of me in line.

Some deranged cashier at the front thought I was trying to steal some gum there. This cashier had short hair and a fair complexion. She acted so self-righteous and tried to get me in trouble until I had a store manager intervene. I also heard she does this occasionally with customers she “dislikes” for no reason. It just shows how much of a sad and miserable person she is. Hopefully someone fires her ASAP if she keeps this up.

Terrible experience overall. Earlier, I came in to the store to buys some snacks. One of the employees at the checkout station accused me of trying to steal items. She was extremely egotistical, rude and self-righteous. I’m hoping that she stops this or else she will only have herself to blame later on.

This location has not had refrigerators working for 4 days in the midst of the heat wave here in Las Vegas. The explanation is that the freezer is broken is unacceptable for over 24hrs for a store that is open 24hrs a say

Did not have chafing cream or eggs. I asked 3 employees about the chafing cream. 1 thought it was in stock at the front, 1 did not know what I was taking about, and 1 finally checked out back and could not find any.

It's so convenient to have Walgreens in a very busy casino district. I got some personal hygiene products here and some snacks to whet midnight hunger. Security is very tight here, like uniformed security guys are visible infront of the store so I believe that gives the shoppers a sense of security which is really good,

The staff are very friendly. I had an issue with my rewards card and staff stated call customer service so I did. Customer service rep was very helpful, fixed the issue and gave me a $5 credit for my trouble ?
