Terrible place, terrible customer service. I purchased some items at the register and after I put my card in and my pin, it said approved. The lady placed my items in a bag and handed them to me. I realized I forgot to get something and asked if she could hold the bag with the items I purchased, while I went and grabbed what forgot. It took my less than 3 min to get what I needed and then came back to the line to purchase. The lady that had helped me was no longer there and another employee assisted me. I told him I just left my bag with the other lady and if he could get that for me. He then proceeded to look around and stated he did not see anything. I asked him if he could get the lady that was there before so she could tell him where it was at. He said she left for the day. It literally did not take me more than 3 min to come back. After he looked around further he found my items no longer in a bag, just sitting on a counter. He brought them to me and attempted to charge me again for the items. I then told him that I already paid for the items. He then asked for the receipt, which I then realized the lady did give me a receipt. I asked him to get her because she had to remember that I just paid. He was able to catch her before she left the store and she came and stated that no I did not pay. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated. Another employee that had nothing to do with the transaction then chimed in and stated, oh I remember, you're right she didn't pay. Ridiculous. Thankfully another customer overheard and told me to just check my back account. I pulled up my back account and it showed a pending transaction for the amount paid. The man at the register had a terrible attitude, as if he didn't believe me. Extremely unprofessional. The supervisor then said he would look at the camera. He came back and spoke to the rude man helping me. He did not come talk to me. The man at the register then came back to register and I'm the one who had to ask him if the supervisor seen me pay. He said he could only see me put my card in. If that's not proof idk what is. The pending transaction wasn't enough and neither was the camera showing me pay. He then proceeded to state the supervisor is going to go ahead and basically let me have that stuff for free. This was by far one of worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Please get better employees.

So ridiculous. I have never had an issue with price matching an item in store vs what it says online. Except today (1/18/25). The cashier said since she is the only one she can't change the price. When it clearly says in their store policy. The guy behind the counter tells me it's because online with the same address is a different store. Can you say sheer incompetence.

Just walk there from a near Hotel to buy some bottles of water. I took a couple of sandwichs for dinner , Snapples, chocolates and chips . Not a healthy option for dinner but I was soo happy thinking myself , that I play the system and avoid another expensive dinner on one of the hotel's restaurant.

Went to go pick up my girlfriend’s prescriptions and first they didn’t have the insurance on file so we had to go in, no big deal. We provide that information to 2 pharmacy techs and then proceed to stand there for 15 minutes and no one came back to say anything about nothing. Then we sit down for the next 30 minutes and watch 3 people get helped. I finally get the opportunity to ask what is goin on and we are told “ 2 are ready and the other 3 need to be filled so another 2 hours”
WHY WERE WE NOT TOLD THAT???
Everyone has a job to do I get it but telling customers/patients how long is a form of customer service that can make the customer and the employees job easier but that wasn’t done today.
Customers are invisible to pharmacists and there is no care or concern at this location.

I am visiting Las Vegas for the first time with my family and I was very rudely accused of being a thief while I just stepped into the drugstore. 26 year old black male here. I concur with the rest of the reviews. The store needs to be shutdown

This store needs a hold new staff the security is there for a reason because the staff is very blunt and nonchalant and I have also witnessed racism there please to go here vegas needs to bring attention to wats going on here its awful worse Walgreens ever

Pharmacy is clueless, understaffed, careless and inefficient. Made me wait 2 hours to fill a 2 pill prescription, there was a 10 person line and they were taking 15 minutes per customer and then making everyone wait. Get better management.

I was waiting for my prescription in the drive thru it took SO LONG, then I see one of the pharmacy workers leaving outside she even looked back at the line, I feel like the extra person could've helped make the line go a little bit faster, what happened to teamwork these days.

Called first to make sure they have my Rx in stock, had my Rx sent from Georgia on 8/12/24. It is 8/26/24 and I still don’t have my Rx filled. They claimed my dr sent two months and they can’t accept a Rx that way and that they need to resend. I contacted my drs office immediately who sent a new Rx but Walgreens would not fill it claiming it was because they felt it was too expensive and they don’t take blue cross blue shield (not true) and were not sure if I would still want it. I told them I do and asked them to fill it, they then said they need to speak with the Dr first so my drs office called them repeatedly over the last couple of weeks, keeps being put on hold for 15-20 minutes then hangs up on them. Now they say they are out of it and need to wait for it to come in but that they still need to talk to Dr.
Never been more offended trying to deal with any leg of “health care provider.”
Shame on all of you.

Must suck to be a black wo man working here worried about someone else's child in line while they are looking at icecream. We're on vacation and dread head is mad she's not making a livimg so she takes it out on other people. Oops
