If you say the pharmacy is open at 9am then be open at that time and don't waste everyone else's time.

Worst Walgreens in town! Unprofessional employees! One was blasting music and singing as they were stocking shelves. I went to the pharmacy and attempted to pick up a prescription that my doctor had called in. I was told it wasn't ready. I asked when it would be ready and was told "I don't know" and was blown off. I told them that I would wait around for it. I came back 15 minutes later to check with a different employee, only to be told that my medication wasn't in stock and would not arrive until the next day at earliest! That would've been nice to know the first time! Never coming back to this location!

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in town, I will be contacting corporate, several complications with my medicine for days of back and forth between doctors and poorly trained staff here. I was fasley accused of previously picking up meds and turns out it wasn't true , they treat everyone like addicts. It's unbelievable how many errors they have made. If you don't like your job get another one.. going to be my last time

I've been a loyal customer of Walgreens, particularly the pharmacy at 1101 Las Vegas Boulevard S, for many years. Trusting a pharmacy is not just about convenience; it's about the crucial role they play in our health and wellbeing. Imagine my shock and distress when, on a holiday weekend, I received a cold, impersonal letter informing me of the abrupt closure of this vital location. The letter stated, “Thank you for choosing Walgreens for your pharmacy needs. After careful consideration, we have decided to close your neighborhood Walgreens…” and, almost mockingly, added, “We regret any inconvenience this may cause but hope to make the transition as seamless as possible.” This came as a jarring blow, especially as I am a cancer patient who relies heavily on my medication for my health and survival. The timing couldn't have been worse. On a holiday weekend, when options are limited, I found myself stranded without my essential medication. Despite my years of patronage, I felt completely disregarded, reduced to nothing more than an inconvenience in their corporate eyes. Their promise of a 'seamless transition' felt like a slap in the face, as I scrambled, distressed and unaided, to find an alternative source for my prescriptions. To Walgreens, I was just another number, another faceless customer in their database. The disregard for the impact such a closure could have on someone battling cancer is appalling and inhumane. This isn't just about a store closing; it's about a lifeline being callously cut off without a second thought for the human beings it affects.I am deeply disappointed and hurt by Walgreens’ lack of empathy and support during what is already a challenging time in my life. I write this review not out of spite, but in the hope that it will serve as a wake-up call to Walgreens and other pharmacies to treat their customers with the care and respect they deserve. No one should have to go through what I did, especially when dealing with a serious illness.

Lack of a sense of urgency all employees need a stern talking to even possible termination. Completely unacceptable work ethic.

Awful stop. We stopped at Walgreens to get supplies. Because we walked across the street to get some tacos, they towed our car. $325.00 to get the rental car back. Terrible location to stop at!

Convenient, we felt safe inside with security guards. Everything you need basically.

Visited the Walgreens location near East Sahara Avenue and Paradise Road while visiting Las Vegas in December 2021. This store is close to the Sahara Hotel and Casino and the popular Stratosphere (Strat) rides attraction. The store is located near a very busy intersection and close to a 7-11 store, Subway, and a Thai restaurant. There is an old thrift store opposite and next to Walgreens, and the Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip, on South Las Vegas Boulevard at a walkable distance, and so is the Sahara Avenue Monorail Station. Hilton' s Conrad Resorts and Circus Circus are nearby.Walgreens is very handy as they carry lots of essentials, including some groceries such as bread, water, sugar, detergents, dairy, frozen entrees, clothes, oatmeal, eggs etc. It's a very spacious store, well lit, but not very much staffed, probably due to the pandemic and being in the evening. I was provided help with any questions that I had. This is a 24-hour store with a pharmacy and a drive-thru service. The store seemed pretty safe during the time of my visit.Bought some milk, water, bread, jam, breakfast cereal in small individual pouches, yogurt, chips, etc. It didn't seem very expensive as compared to what you would buy from your hotel store.

The lady behind the counter is useless. Doesn’t bag anything and just plays on her phone. Dealt with her twice this trip and will not be returning

Stupidest layout ever. Handicap parking is all the way around the block from the entrance to the store. No carts or anything available to take your purchase to the vehicle. How is anyone with a handicap expected to shop here? 3rd wallgreens making it impossible for me to take care of what I need to do,and wasting my very precious time today
