I would not ever use this particular locations pharmacy again... each time I request a refill it always has a problem (not at my previous location) and says to call the pharmacy. When I call I'm put on an endless hold. Every single time, holds that are 34 min, 48 min, etc. I've never had this with other locations.

Had me on HOLD for over 30 MINUTES and one time they took me off hold and LAUGHED then put me back on hold, ridiculous.

For whatever reasons they always dealing with computers issues and all kind of issues so medicine can take daysss to be ready. They have no empathy when people is going through pain; trust me. Many times I have struggled to get my baby and sister’s medication, and when I say many, please believe it . They don’t have pride on their job, and service is trash. I don’t think they even know or care for providing a good customers service. Sad but true
