Was there today about 10:45 am, there was a young man there putting stuff in his backpack, mouthwash, toothbrush, toilet paper, said something to an employee, they did nothing, don't they have security, cameras, los prevention? We're paying higher prices every day, and they're letting merchandise walk right out the door, Boulder hwy/Sahara.

Walgreens is a great pharmacy, and the pharmacy manager was working the front counter and was exceptional.

The workers here are nice and hardworking but there are a lot of shoplifters here. When I went with family to purchase some things, we saw 2 ladies shoplifting and running while the poor store manager had to chase them out.

First and only time I'll ever go to the store I pull in today November 23rd 2024 and at 10:00 in the afternoon they told me they're closed for the day and wouldn't open again until tomorrow. This is ridiculous considering it's the only one near me. And the person that was unloading the truck in front of the store who informed me the store was closed was very rude about it. I'll go out of my way to go to a different location from here on out

How you going to leave out of the pharmacy when there's a line and then I saw one of the pharmacist just leave how unprofessional. Little short white girl with glass well everybody else is working thank you for the people who helped me that was there I forgot her name awesome workers.

It's so sad that when you try to get your prescriptions refilled and the customer service in the pharmacy . I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to do their job it's like they don't want to they when you call they tell you one thing and then you call back about 4 or 5 days later and they tell you another thing the women in there are so rude it's unbelievable I've never been treated so rude in my life Walgreens your Pharmacy has gone to pits all because of your employment staff that you have in your Pharmacy I really hope that someone high up enough will read this and do something about it before you lose all your customers I've been dealing with this department for years and it has just gone so bad I am going to have to go to a new pharmacy now it is very very sad that I have to do this but you guys need to know that it is your staff that is running your Pharmacy. I will never go back to this Pharmacy or location again I hope that you do something soon because you will lose all your customers . if anybody even cares high up enough that you cannot treat people bad like that especially when they need their prescriptions, also I'm going to let my friends and family know as well because customer service like this and people's lives are at stake when they need their medications and they do not care that is their whole attitude so terrible unbelievable . It makes me so mad when you try to talk to them and they just act like they do not care. Today's attitude is like people just don't give a care they don't even care that the customers need their medications why what is the reason for this whole attitude problem that they have in that department you need to do something Walgreens you as upper management need to do something that's how mad I am that I'm posting this review that they are that terrible PS This is the location Sahara and Boulder Highway just so you know do not get your prescriptions filled here it's that bad

Writing this review from a very resourceful source so today, one of the associates disrespect the delivery driver from Pepsi I was there. This is a witness standpoint. She keeps disrespecting him by talking to her own language in a very demeanor way you can tell from her tone of voice and a woman with an instinct oh yes, definitely he was disrespecting him. This associates is From a Hispanic Mexican descent she has a blue hair accessories today. She should be on investigation for employment and without the deliveries from major corporation like Pepsi this store will not run because the consumers loves Pepsi and other drink products that Pepsi is made so this is a review for , the employer to see to be address not like a slap on her hand she needs to be an extreme Disciplinary action.
