Every time I come here, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I asked for something, and the guy working there pointed out where it was but failed to go open the cabinet for me. I had to wait for him to open it, then I went to get in line to pay the lady just standing there staring at me she didn't say 1 word about being open when I walked up to her she said I'm closed you have to go to that other register

This review is a reflection on Claudia in the pharmacy and not my views of the rest of the store. She is not suited for a customer facing job. I went through the drive through to pick up my meds due to being too sick to walk more than 10ft. Otherwise I would have gone in the store. After waiting in line for 15 minutes it is my turn and she starts questioning if i have insurance, when i say yes, she clairifed that she did see my insurance but they are not covering my items then went on to assume I can't afford $70~ worth of medication, asking if I wanted to refuse some of them. I said no I need them, she then tells me the items won't fit through their pneumatic tube and I would either need to get to the BACK of the line (6 Cars deep!) to try the lane at the window or come inside( I already said I can't walk!) NO APOLOGIES, and no other solutions. She refused when I asked her if she can just sent the meds through multiple times, she insisted that she couldn't. I'm frustrated, sick, crying and she has no sympathy or empathy about it. I go back to the end of the line, wait another 25 minutes, get to the front, still no Apologies from her. I got my items, they 100% could have fit through the tube. She claimed the biggest box doesn't fit, however I've literally picked this item up from this specific store and was given it through the tube. She simply did not want to use the tube more than 2x that you already have to to complete a normal transaction. This would have taken 4 tube pushes TOPS and instead of just doing that, she chose to have me sit longer than was necessary, worsening my breathing issues that I was getting my meds for.. I gave her a really big F U to her on my way out. -- Telling me to "have a nice day" when I'm sick, suffering and clearly frustrated - when you should have apologized, or even better just done your job right the first time, is incredibly infuriating and offensive. Claudia, I hope you get coal in your stocking and a new job where you arnt in charge of anything to do with people's wellness. . . I did start to feel a little bad about the "f u" I gave to her but I got home and She neglected to give me all 5 medications when I specifically stated that I was there for 5 rx's and she confirmed she had them. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Very dirty when it comes to work very low services at this location they need a check up to see if people are even able to communicate the pharmacy area they are very dirty they sneeze and dont cover up they contradict them self and above all they only want to go to luch . we need respectful staff put someone processional at this location as we are aboit to enter winter.

EVERY month I go for my medicine and EVERY month I get a partial! I have to argue with them about it!!
With the new stupid law u have to go within a certain area, so there is no choice to change pharmacy. And it's obvious they don't care. It's too bad they don't try harder to help .

Mark, photo dept. Is amazing. I needed to print out some documents and he helped me all the way to the end, multitasking and helping other customers as well. Great attitude, patient, very knowledgeable. " Mark, thank you". The service you provided definitely made my day easier.?

We first came in as new costumers. Gave our new address and number.
Gone down hill since just recently was in and sorry if you didn't correct it yet I will not try to give it again. 4 times still incorrect and have no idea why we are forced to pay for covered prescriptions. 3 times. I know it's to pay the dude to finally get it right. Looked in the bin 3 times and the 4 found it in front of him.. we will not be back or returning again. You can keep your apology we get enough of endless appoligies and nothing else.
