Almost comically terrible? They blast Dracula-style organ music outside, presumably as a way to wage psychological warfare on homeless people, but it also serves as a form of foreshadowing for the type of experience you will have within.
Checked in on time for a vaccine appointment, having already given all my information in the required forms. Had to submit this information again to a clerk, verbally, several times. Waited a full hour with no updates, during which time I got to witness several other displays of incompetency by the pharmacy staff. Luckily, I swore off using Walgreens to fill prescriptions years ago, unlike some of these unlucky souls.
Anyway, I’m still not vaccinated. Literally will never return to a Walgreens again. Between their less than useless pharmacy and all their products being locked up, I don’t see what service they are even offering.

Online says something is in stock but the store claims it isn’t. Rep says shelf was “just stocked today” but it’s empty. Waste of time

Not just walgreens but one worst pharmacy ever by far. 2 people in front of you in an hour wait. Try to call them... I just waited on hold for 30 mins and HU. Worst pharmacy in the world.

I got told "most people are ready by now" as I stepped up to the counter to check out by a manager(feminine Spanish guy) complaining about helping another customer. Sorry you don't like your job, now lose it.

They do not allow younger customers to use the bathroom. Perhaps if you are older or using lab/medical services, I do not know. See the photos to know there is nothing wrong with the bathrooms

I definitely see why this location has terrible ratings. The surroundings are sketchy. The ATM machine has been broken for over a week. The store is never fully stocked and forces you to make a purchase to receive cashback of only $20. The purpose of the credit union atm was to avoid fees. The manager, James, was rude and had no empathy for his customers. I would suggest avoiding this location all together until proper training is done for all employees.

Absolutely most inhospitable staff and unaccommodating staff I've ever met. Did $100 shopping but rudeness was free. No bathroom.....I really look like a threat....old woman with health issues

Pharmacy is abysmally slow.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to coming because 1.8 stars is accurate. A long line of people waiting with inept help at the pharmacy counter. Overhearing conversations with other people in line, it seems to be a consistent problem that they don't fill prescriptions with any expediency, so it's not just a one-off for me.
Additionally, this Walgreens had no public bathrooms, which is an incredible disservice to customers. This was my first and will be my last time utilizing this pharmacy.

I first was called by the pharmacy to pick up my prescription (8/27), when I went to pick it up,I was told it wasn't ready (9/3). Then spent 53 minutes waiting on the phone to speak with someone. When I finally did, they told me they had to contact my doctor. I made it clear that I was there at 2pm,and I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Miraculously, the medication showed up. People can do better,if they wanted to. Unexceptible.

In app purchases are not congruent with store inventory.
Offers and promotions are often not honored.
Unsatisfactory.

I saw the reviews and thought to myself how bad can a Walgreens pharmacy experience really be? I got my answer haha. The pharmacy team is inefficient and lacks customer service skills. It is worth driving a bit farther to another location.
