Avoid having the cops called on you…and use a different pharmacy. Cuz I promise, this place will make you want to flip out in so many ways. Now, I understand finding it hard to care when you get paid crap wages, but the techs there go the extra mile to work as slow and inefficient as humanly possible and should seriously reconsider their career choices.

I would like to give Maria 0 star if i could
.she make me waiting twice over 40 mins on phone
& when she talk she yelling & hàng up on me
The staff need people who work there with help & no rude to make the World nicer & better

Normally we dont go here. Just because of the bad customer service today I went in for a 9 V battery and a prescription.The pharmacist was good. Getting the 9 V battery the location behind the counter.When I ask for she (the cashier) told me to go get it myself. It could value your good motion.if you value your good mood in any way. Dont use this store.🤨

Whatever you do don't come here, the employee's look dead on the inside and act the same way. No one wants to be here. Look I understand retail sucks but wow, this place sure is "enjoyable" to shop at. Just find another Walgreens seriously.

If I could give the pharmacist tech Maria zero stars on her customer service I would.
On 12/20/24. I went in to pick up my Husband’s medication. While, I stood in line. I witnessed Maria belittle & smirk at the customer in front of me. Maria showed no empty. Nor professionalism towards that customer. Maria quickly dismissed the customer, when the customer was simply asking questions.
When it came time for my Interaction with Maria. She Struggled for mins to locate my Husbands Prescription.I witnessed the Disorganization of the Multiple Prescriptions she was digging through. Through the glass window.
I have Received medication through Walgreens multiple times. Never once have I been handed a clear bag. Usually, it’s placed in a Walgreens bag with instructions stapled. That is not how it was presented.
Once found.Maria gave me my cost. I paid. I was expecting Maria to pass me to the Pharmacist. So they might explain how to take the Medication. Or ask at the least ask if I had any questions. Pertaining to the medication.
As record should have showed this is My husband’s first time taking this medication.
Maria should’ve verified that. She did not verify a name birthdate anything on the bag.
Which is expected. And a law in Medical field. Maria. Did neither, Mary handed me my change and my receipt. Maria DID NOT an exchange a “Goodbye” a “Thank you”. Customer service was non Existent.
Maria simply handed me my change and Receipt and called the next customer.
I truly understand that some days aren’t your best. But it when it comes to Handling medication that Are necessary to one’s health. Empathy, compassion, and customer service are a must. If Maria does not have that in her she should not be employed in that Profession.

What was the point of going to the doctors when this pharmacy takes all day (sometimes 2) to fill your prescriptions, leaving you sick for and even longer time?

One of the older crow looking like managers is rude 1000%. They also try and close about 10 minutes before closing & by that I mean locked doors & walked away from said door when seeing a car pull up at 9:51.

this is my favorite store but their PHARMACY is the worst !!! the staff is terrible. you are put on hold for hours then when i walk in there its empty, and their phone lines are all blinking they are just talking to each other behind the counter. AGAIN THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST!!!

One of the lady that works in this store (black hair, ponytail, fat) has terrible attitude, I ask her for something, she continues walking and told me one number, I asked where, and she told me I don’t know, I asked her name and she ignored me and she didn’t help me.
She don’t have attitude to work in a store.

This place is really very unpleasant, the treatment towards the Latin community by the manager turns out to be that I arrived urgently to look for medication for my son and no one could help me choose or tell me where it was and when I managed to find it, no one could open the door to get it. When I got desperate and didn't get any help, I started asking for help out loud. When I managed to get the medicine, I told her that I was in a hurry because my son had a very high fever and they were treating him and like that, the manager, a very detestable person, said I wouldn't send him anything like I'm saying, lack of humanity. Just thank the saleswoman who was the only one who provided perfect service. This happened on May 9 at 9:00 am approximately 2024.

The cashier last night was trying to check my $20 bill to see if it was fake? I find that his intentions were to be offensive. The property has NO LIGHTS at night but it was unfortunately the only place open around past 9pm. Will obviously not be coming back
